A wound is a break in the integrity of the skin or tissues, which may be associated with disruption of the structure and function.
Healing is the body’s response to injury in an attempt to restore normal structure and functions.
Healing can occur in two ways: Regeneration and Repair
There are 4 phases of wound healing: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling. This document also describes the mechanism of wound healing. Factors that affect healing include infection, uncontrolled diabetes, poor nutrition, age, anemia, the presence of foreign bodies, etc.
Complications of wound healing like infection, hyperpigmentation of scar, contractures, and keloid formation.

- 1. The Stakeholder The interviewee ( Ms XYZ ) is currently working in a reputed construction MNC as a Civil Engineer. She is very hard working , creative and very inquisitive. She is always eager to learn new and better ways to do things.
- 2. getting up at 6am five days a week is difficult and its not and it's not like the 8 a.m. class that I can skip whenever I want. Difficult to cope with fluctuating nature of the work load. No vacations to look forward to. At the most I can expect a weeks off. The bosses are very particular about deadlines. Besides everything has to be perfect, otherwise we will be questioned by a panel of experts. Very difficult maintain good relation with collegues as well as seniors at workplace. SAY
- 3. Keeps everything ready at night before going to bed not to get late for office Works hard to prepare reports and complete projects Avoids too much interactions with others WHAT SHE DOES
- 4. WHAT I THINK AND FEEL She did not take the 1st hour classes at college very seriously and used to skip it very often Is not very social Finds the task of project completion before deadline very hectic
- 5. INSIGHT She should emphasize more on time management because that is the main cause of most of their problem Start interacting with more people and try to understand them
- 6. Problem statement • Ms XYZ, who is a post-graduate engineer keen on learning new stuffs, hard working, creative and a bit reserved needs a way to manage her time more efficiently as well as socialize because that will help her enjoy her work and give more productive output.
