 The recruiters apply difficult work tests. He could not respond
correctly many tests because he was nervous and he did not know
what expect
THINK
 He thinks that is very difficult to get a job when you do not have experience.
 Today the firmes need to employee people with soft skills, for example:
leadership, teamwork, communication.
 The best way to get a job is using the networking because those people know
you and they could give you ideas or recommendations about how you can
find a opportunity.
 At the University the students are prepared with lots of theory, but not enough
practice.
 All students should receive support or advices to deal with work environment
 He could have learnt to how to write a right Resume
 Before the first job interview he could have prepared some questions
 For him is very important to ask feedback after each interview because you can
obtain valuable information.

 He sometimes feels that he has chosen the wrong subject because
he as accountant needs more preparation to apply to more
interesting jobs.
 The graduates try to find a job by internet too much
 Many skills are necessary to get a job. The technical skills are
required, but soft skills are important as well.
 The employees need to take many courses if they want to get
better opportunities

 The young, prepared, positive, easy going,
entrepreneur and kind man, who got a degree as
Accountant needs to develop the skills to compete
in the work environment because He feels He did
not have a good preparation at University about the
