Job Designation: Assistant Manager Facilities (RCITY MALL, Ghatkopar West)

Work Functionalities:
• Responsible for 13,50,000 Sq.ft. for RCITY Mall .
• Implements policies and procedures under the guidance of Senior facility manager & Chief Engineer .
• Plan, co-ordinate and control all technical and facilities management activities on behalf of PPZ and its clients in
their respective portfolio
• Responsible for preparing & implementing AMC Budgets of all the concerned vendors.
• Compile monthly management reports – technical and financial.
• Entire responsible for preparing & implementing Equipment History Card for all the equipments throughout the
Mall.
• Entirely responsible for preparing the Asset Register, tagging & physical Verification of the Asset for all the
Equipments pertaining to MEP.
• Ensures timely response & effectively handling Tenants Coordination with resolving tenants issues with respect to
Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Water Management, Leakage issues, Network Issues, on priority.
• Strong Follow up with Service Providers for Routine R & M activities.
• Regularly checking the adherence & implementation of PPM schedule pertaining to all the equipments in the Mall.
• Maintains all distribution system of electricity, water, gas etc.
• Monitors and co-ordinates the service performed by the outside contractors in accordance to the contract, service
agreements and warranties.
• Regularly conducting Fire & Safety Audits in all the retail shops & forwarding the critical issues if any to the
concerned.
• Responsible for Vendor Bill Management, preparing Work Orders, Approval Notes, Vendor Payments, Regular
correspondence with tenants & vendors for shutdown activity if any.
• Settling Tenants disputes & grievances with regards to excess/ wrong billing by necessary reversal procedure.
• Checking & Providing Units for Billing of All the Tenants to Accounts Dept. via MMR Report (HVAC, Electricity.,
Water Etc).
• Major contribution in resolving snags of washroom issues, tenant leakage issues, tenant HVAC issues & all other
facility related equipments.
• Coordinating with vendor for timely completion of the various snags along with preparation of Work Orders within
the stipulated Budget.
• Administration and Management of designated Portfolio professionally and effectively, and in accordance with
PPZ’s specific policies and procedures
• Responsible for opening Formality Assessment of new tenants for all MEP issues.
• Providing the immediate solution & appropriate decisions to keep system functional, in case of emergency if

arrangement, Snacks, stationery, AC & lighting arrangement etc.

• M & E report to analyze the activity performed within the facility.
• Make best endeavor to resolve requests/complaints by the clients while maintaining most courteous composure
and adhering to standard engineering practices at all time.
