This document proposes a career guidance tool called TalentSpotter that uses AI and benchmarking to help people identify career opportunities, strengths, and development needs. It aims to provide an affordable alternative to expensive career coaches by offering a free talent profile, benchmarking against similar roles, and ongoing career resources. In year one, the founders established the framework, built a prototype, tested it with users, found initial customers, and identified customer acquisition strategies. They now seek the support of MIT SOLVE to help further develop the product and business in year two through guidance, partnerships, networking, publicity, and potential funding.

The Simplification of Work: What can HR and business leaders do to make work more simple, enjoyable, and productive? This presentation reviews the five major steps to simplifying the workplace and your entire organization.
The world at large is ever-changing, and our organizations and employees are doing all we can to keep up. The days of going off to a strategic planning retreat, planning a five-year vision and executing it are gone. We now operate in a world that is VUCA — Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous. What do you as the HR leader have to do to adapt to this new and ever-changing world? We will identify common needs of HR functions today and give tips and suggestions to align HR with the changes in the organization, ensure you gain the resources you need and establish yourself as the visionary team member that is helping to drive your organization forward.
Learning objectives:
What is the VUCA world?
Evaluate what areas of HR will be impacted by changes.
Establishing and advocating for needs of HR and your employees.
Aligning processes with the new initiatives in your organization.
Engaged employees are highly motivated to help their workplace succeed. Having engaged employees in your senior living community means lower turnover, less absenteeism, more productivity, and a happier, more cohesive team.
This free 30-minute webinar will show you how to get there using Dr. Jack Wiley’s RESPECT model for engaging employees in the workplace, with specific examples from the senior living industry.
Focused on young workers target. This example of communication plan can help job agenices and talent agencies markting manager to produce a good communication plan and analysis for job placement services special focused on young people.
HCI Webinar: Changing a Company Culture, One Technological Performance Module...Cornerstone OnDemand
Sometimes the best systems aren’t all in place when it comes to talent management. Processes may need improvement and people likely want more support, but a knowledge gap and lack of experience in change management blocks companies from adopting the finest practices and implementing helpful technology. Success, as seen by leaders, is achieved by doing what works best for the business. Top managers take on the constant task of determining how to make each process more efficient and improve what’s needed to maximize productivity.
Sarah Brennan, Principal Consultant, Talent Acquisition at Cornerstone OnDemand, provides easy-to-understand insights on:
o Evolution of the role of recruiting in business from reactive to strategic partners
o How a unified approach to looking at talent acquisition can benefit core HR and business drivers
o The impact employment branding and candidate experience have on influencing employee engagement and retention (and vice versa)
Trend setting results from OI Global 3rd annual Global Survey along with a unique look at the use of AI across a number of very “human” functions such as profiling, recruiting and developing talent.

Training on harassment and discrimination prevention is critical to set clear rules and to establish important legal protections. But to remain competitive in today’s diverse and global workplace, organizations must also focus on their culture, and the ability of employees to effectively collaborate. In a diverse workplace, even subtle personal differences (including those not protected by employment laws) impact employee productivity and engagement.
This interactive webinar will be a live, guided demo of ELT’s new online Diversity & Inclusion training course for managers and employees. We will cover how diversity training supports business and cultural goals, discuss the benefits of training beyond legal compliance, and provide a practical overview of diversity training best practices.

Go Beyond: Going Beyond With Learning AnalyticsAggregage
Measurement of learning effectiveness has always been a difficult subject for learning leaders. Surveys reveal that while the executive pressure to measure the business impact of learning is growing, significant numbers don’t know how to go about Learning Measurement. Those who do it well are able to prove training is essential to drive business results by rigorously leveraging Data and Analytics.
There has been a lot of discussion on how to use people related data to support organisational decision making with adoption rates patchy and success limited.
“Did you know that approximately 10,000 people will retire each day? This means 43 percent of the current workforce will retire in the next decade,” stated Steve Dobberowsky, Principal, Thought Leadership & Advisory Services at Cornerstone.
There are many challenges that government agencies face today, such as shrinking budgets and the Baby Boomer retirements. So, how are HR professionals adopting a talent management strategy that will drive positive results in this day and age?
In this training with GovLoop, we'll examine how the workforce is rapidly changing and the challenges and solutions that HR professionals are dealing with - including developing a Unified Talent Management strategy.

Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. As it happen all over the word, it led to militant struggle with great loss of lives of military, police and civilian personnel. Killing of Indira Gandhi and massacre of innocent Sikhs in Delhi and other India cities was also associated with this movement.
A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.
