search, applicant tracking and auto CV screening.

TalentSpa’s unique CV’s exchange technology continually regenerates our internal CV
database of over 7 million CV’s. We receive over 250,000 new candidate details every month
making TalentSpa one of the most up to date CV sources in the UK.

Our business model works on repeat business. Our service delivery team ensure that every
client receives the best possible service when using our platform. More difficult roles are
handled by our Special Response Team of expert head hunters. If Talentspa can’t fill a
vacancy it’s unlikely anyone else can.

us to deliver a full recruitment service for a fixed fee per vacancy of only £499, compared with a
recruitment agency fee of between 20% and 30% of the annual salary, providing a huge saving to
