Insiders Research Solutions LLP, a leading executive search firm and CXO Talent Research provider, acquired Eazyhire
for an undisclosed all-cash deal.
Eazyhire is a leading pre-paid, fixed-fee hiring model focused on helping startups hire great tech talent. With this
acquisition, Insiders gets access to over 650 startup customers across 9 countries. In addition to the customers, Insiders
will also acquire Eazyhire Delivery Specialists, its unique Shared Services Delivery Process and its Delivery Workflow
Software, DMS.
