Talent management refers to human resource planning that helps organizations improve business value and meet goals by providing the right jobs and opportunities to employees based on their skills. It works by understanding an organization's requirements, selecting candidates for specified profiles, providing training and development for specified jobs, and ensuring employees perform their tasks properly. To make talent management more effective, roles should be clearly defined, it should be implemented equally, focus more on how tasks are completed rather than just what is done, and select candidates with the most potential for the work.
