“Synergy service.org“ is a voluntary, non-profit, humanitarian organization formed by a social intelligence group (Real
time IT experts / Other Skill professionals) with a mission to help qualified under privileged students struggling for
employment.
 Synergy Trust - Core Team and Mentors
 Over 50 + Industry Senior executives are
supporting this intuitive program in a full time /
Part-time roles driving the objectives. The
forum includes:

 HR , R&D people
 Social faculty and Academicians
 Synergy Professional Network / Volunteers
 Over 300 + volunteers working in corporate
industry spread across the globe are supporting
this larger cause through direct and indirect
participation

Started in Nov 2013, has successfully delivered
the following programs so far.
 Free Job intensive Trainings
 From last 9 months , 3 batch (150 +) students
has been trained on Technical, Analytical and
soft skills of which 100 + Students cracked the
interviews and working on own and in process
developed social responsibilities.
 Rural student visit
 We visited 20 + rural Institutions to share
industry expectations to Students, Institutional
Heads, Faculty and Placement Officers on
industry trends, employability skills and
betterment.
 Other social activities
 Plantation drives and Rural visits
 Resourcing to Orphanages
 Blood Donation drives
 Old good collection and distribution at down
trodden
