The site has strengths such as its proximity to major roads, which provides high accessibility and attracts nearby residents. However, it has weaknesses like a cesspool nearby that requires barriers. There are also opportunities to develop the large undeveloped land for the community. Threats include overgrown weeds that could attract animals and require regular maintenance to control.

1. SWOT ANALYSIS
i) Strength
>Our site is located nearby the edges of the main road. It has a high
accessibility where roads can be built upon connecting to our site.
>The site is located nearby the residential areas. It will attract the
residence to drop by and pay a visit since its connected to the main
roads which makes it convenient for them.
ii)Weakness
>There is a cesspool nearby the area. Although its quite a distant from our
site, but barriers must be done in order to separate the cesspool.
iii)Opportunity
>It is a huge undeveloped land. This big open space is a great place
whereby it can be expanded and developed into a useful piece of land
that can be served a purpose for the residence of Putra Heights.
iv)Threats
>The site is covered by weed. This condition might attract animals like the
snakes. The weed must be completely cleared off before starting the
construction project.
>Weed will still grow in the future with the presence of sunlight and rainfall.
Therefore, it must be maintained by having a maintenance plan for that
area. Maintenance activity like trimming must be carried out once in two
