  • 13. Acquiring Images If an image accompanies your online articles, you may use it, if not, do a Google image search to find them. Images must be real, not cartoon-like. You must cite the image by copying the image’s url (www.). Then you need to paste it into a word document titled “Bibliography.” Also include a title for the picture so you remember what you were citing. You must save the image to your folder as well.
  • 14. Acquiring Video Clips Our school’s computer security prevents us from using sites like youtube. You can Google your topic and if the site is allowed through security and appropriate we can use it. Schooltube is also available. We can upload video if the site allows, but for now you need to copy the url of the video site, paste it into your bibliography and give it a title, just like you did the images.
  • 15. Acquiring Sound Clips Use the following sites to grab sound clips if you are not bringing them in from home. http://www.soundjay.com Or http://soungle.com/
  • 16. Downloading Sound Clips Once you’ve listened to a sound clip and decided to use it, do the following: Click the download arrow under MP3 Click “open with” but make sure “iTunes” is set as the default. Click “ok” and iTunes will automatically open up In iTunes go to the “Recently Added” list. Make the list icons and drag your icon on to the desktop. That is where you can take it from when you are putting it on the webpage.
