The author created a survey on SurveyMonkey to gather feedback about their magazine concept from friends, family and others on Facebook. The survey was active for two weeks but only a small number of responses were collected. However, the responses provided useful information, particularly around pricing and color preferences. The majority suggested a price of £4.99 and preferred the colors red, white and black. The survey helped resolve open questions for the author and will inform how they develop their magazine.
