FabGreen Technologies provides JustBill Billing Software to wide range of customers. This software can be installed in Windows Computer and Tablet. JustBill ensure full security to your data. JustBill is an extensive product for any small scale business. It is integrated with tally. This is specially designed for small and medium scale Retail and Traders.

1. Supplier Creation
 Path: Master Supplier Master

2.  Supplier Master Screen will appear

3. To create the new supplier
 Click New button to create Supplier.
 Auto generated code will appear in Code Textbox.
 Fill the remaining tabs with required details.
 Click Save button to save the supplier.

4. Country:
 Click ‘+symbol’ in country
 A new window will appear
 Enter Country Name, Description and save.

5. State:
 Click ’+symbol’ in state
 A new window will appear
 Enter the Country Name, State Name, Description and Save

6. ViewSupplier:
 Display’s the supplier names in the search list, if you click any
products it will appear respective values in right side input boxes.
ModifySupplier:
 Click Supplier name in the left side box
 The detail of the supplier will display on the screen.
 Click Modify button to change the data
 Click Save
ClearSupplier:
 If user want to clear the existing supplier
 Click Supplier to be cleared

7.  Alert message will appear

8.  Click Yes
 Click Clear
 It clears the existing supplier.
Export/Importsupplier:
 If user wants to export/import their supplier
 Click Export/Import button
 It display the Data Export & Import Screen

10.  Click Export or Import icon
 Click Format Type (e.g.: Excel, Xml, CSV)
 Click Path where the data want to save
 It automatically generates the document.
Deletesupplier:
 To delete the supplier from the list
 Click Supplier name to be deleted
 Click Delete button
 A new pop up window will display
 Click Yes/no
 It deletes the selected supplier

12. CloseSupplier:
 To close the Supplier master
 Click Close button
 Administrator window will appear
 Click Yes
 It closes the Supplier master window.

14. FilterSearch:
It Display the Supplier names in the search list.
 Op 1) category search:
It Display only category wise
 Op 2) Text free search:
Click All it display the small window

16.  Click Chose any one
 Click Enter it go to next text bar
 Then type any supplier name belongs to category I. It display what are
the supplier belongs to that category

17. Tabordersetting:
 Click Tool icon at top right corner.
 A control room screen will appear

18.  Click Property
 Click Is Tab and select the tick mark and then save.
Codesetting:
 User can change their code in letters and numbers
 Click Tool icon at the top right corner
 Control Room window will be displayed
 Click Prefix
 Change length and prefix value and then save. It auto generates the
code in code textbox.
