This document provides an overview and progress report for the BFB II Initiative workshop in Kristiansand. It summarizes the three ongoing bilateral initiatives between the National Library of the Czech Republic and Stiftelsen Arkivet. The first initiative involved creating microstories of formal book holders and was successfully completed. The second initiative focuses on creating an educational program and promotional video, which will be discussed at the workshop. The third planned initiative will involve giving educational presentations on the programs in Czech and Norwegian universities.

11. Project was prolonged!!!
 3 new activities for NK CR:
 scientific study describing the movements of the books in
formal Czechoclovakia creation
 list of relevant archival collections preparation
 interactive way of the holders life stories presentation

12. Project was prolonged!!!
 new activity for Stiftelsen Arkivet „Exhibition in Norway“ was
added:
 promote the project activities in a digital way (touch screen)
 established a small physical exhibition and the exhibition
catalogue
 February 2017 – exhibition will be open

13. A lot of adminstrative activities were made!
 new activity for Stiftelsen Arkivet was added to CEDR system
and approved
 Periodical monitoring reports Nr. 5 and Nr. 6 were closed and
agreed by the Ministry of Finance
 Request for payment was prepared and proposed to the
ministries

14. Three billateral initiatives – finished/running/prepare
 long-term issue – 3 months of preparation and negotiations –
from May till July 2016
 3 billateral initiatives:
 I: Provenance Signs (running 15.6.2016 – 30.9.2016)
 II: Educational Programme Creation - Trace the book stories
(coming 1.10.2016 – 31.1.2017)
 III: Theory and praxis - demonstration of the educational
program (future 1.2.2017 – 30.4.2017)
