 Responsible for leading the Service business in the entire Middle East Region, including countries such as UAE, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Yemen, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Algeria, Pakistan, working in close relation with Tyco Flow Control services and manufacturing network , around the globe.

Site Work Responsibilities
Responsible for site visits & quotes, coordination & management of the Service personnel within the Tyco Valves & Controls Middle East scope, that involves any type of resulting service work the clients in the region may require due to warranty, repairs, service/testing.
This also involves being part of the service work in any of the locations on requirements, due to the experience of the service staff being insufficient to carry-out the work scope, in certain areas of;
Power Industry – Steam Boiler Valve commissioning & testing.
Oil & Gas Industry – Valve types & sizes & repairs scope.
This also includes on the Job training at various site location and supervision of site work on location.
When working in other countries outside of the UAE, Tyco set-up agreements with local workshop facilities in Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain, Kuwait, to allow the valves & actuators to be sent to the nominated workshop location, at Tyco recommendations.
Some of the workshops Tyco has audited & trained the workplace/technicians on repair & testing of Tyco products (Authorized Tyco repair) but always under the supervision of a Tyco Engineer to ensure the resulting work is compliant . The work scope of repair & testing can also include machining, welding, NDT, and supply of spare component parts to suit a specific valve or actuator.
