 Recognize and manage all demands for products from customers by driving Sales.
 Customer Service for all destinations for end customers: Nissan, Ford, Chrysler OEM / OES
GM OEM / OES, Toyota, Volkswagen.
 Knowledge of customer’s portals: Ford (OEM and OES), Chrysler (OEM and OES) and GM (OEM and OES)
Dispute violations - Customer ratings - Pilot Tickets - Control of containers - Verifying ASN’s - PC Portal System, DDL.
 Maintain Customer Ratings above the minimum established by the customer, ideally 100%.
 Keep SAP updated with the correct customer demand (Manual processes have to be done for some customers).
 Identify & highlight large order variations between the schedules that were forecasted by the customer & those
that are firmed up by the customer.
 Prepare shipping documents for daily shipments to the shipping area.
 Daily review on inventory levels of finished goods.
 Analysis of increases and decreases in demand.
 Teamwork to have zero backorders review customer releases and shortages.
 Meet the goal of finished goods inventory.
 Eliminate costs of Premium Freight.
 Crisis management directly with customer (conferences, recovery plans, tracking critical shipments, etc.)
 Obsolescence Control - Handing final cum of engineering changes with customers to avoid obsolesce.
 Knowledge of customer requirements and communication with different areas to share relevant information.
 Daily communication with customers and good relationship. (Negotiate pull in a push outs same as expediting fee
and set up charges).
 Taking decisions and solving problems -- analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution.
