2. Introduction
This motion basically works on the principle of electric circuit. When there is a warp
break the electric circuit gets activated and the loom stops immediately and any type
of defect due to warp break can be controlled.

warp yarn breakages or other irregularities during the weaving process.

10. Principal of Sensor-based warp stop motion
When a sensor detects an irregularity such as a broken warp yarn, it sends a signal
to the loom’s control system. This signal triggers an automatic stoppage of the loom,
preventing any further weaving until the issue is resolved. This functionality helps
minimize material waste and ensures that only high-quality fabrics are produced.
