Students can swap courses by finding a replacement class before dropping the current one. From the plan and schedule screen, view the current schedule and click "View Other Sections" to see alternative course sections. Click the section to add, then click "Add Section." Select the course to drop and the replacement course, and click "Update" to finalize the swap. The updated schedule with the new course section will display, and can be printed.

2. If SWAPPING a course
(ie. different class or different
day/time/location),
BEFORE dropping it,
find a replacement class.

3. From the “Go to Plan & Schedule” screen,
view current schedule.
Click “View Other Sections”

4. Click on the section to add.

5. After verifying the details, click “Add Section”

6. From the list of registered courses, click “Drop”
underneath the course to be replaced.

7. BEFORE clicking “Update”, be sure the course being
dropped is selected along with the course to be added.
Once those are confirmed, click “Update”

8. You will now see the updated schedule with the new
course and section. Click “Print” to view the schedule.

9. This will be the new schedule for the semester.
