Time stress when you worry about time, or the lack thereof. worry
about the number of things that to do, and fear that fail to achieve
something important. might feel trapped, unhappy, or even hopeless.

(2) Anticipatory stress:stress that experience concerning about the future. Sometimes this
stress can be focused on a specific event.
E.g. such as an upcoming presentation that going to give or etc.

How To Manage Anticipatory Stress???
 Use positive visualization techniques to imagine the situation going right.
 Create confidence for upcoming event that it must going be right.
 Use meditation technique to overcome on it.
 To overcome on fear of failure by making contingency plans and
analyzing all of the possible outcomes.

situational stress when a scary situation that can no control over. This
could be an emergency. More commonly, however, it's a situation that involves
conflict, or a loss of status or acceptance in the eyes of group.
E.g. instance, getting laid off or making a major mistake in front of others

Stress revolves around people. Encounter stress when worry about
interacting with a certain person or group. It also occur if role involves a lot of
personal interactions with people if those people are in distress.

E.g. Physicians, social workers, Teachers, Lawyer etc.

How to manage Encounter stress???
 Develop greater emotional intelligence.
 To find out how good your people skills are, take quiz.
 Take a break. Go for a walk, drink water, and practice deep breathing
exercises.
 Empathy is a valuable skill.
