STRATEGY
 Strategy can be understood as “ RANN NEETI”.
 Strategy means something to do with war and “WAYS TO WIN
OVER THE ENEMY” .
 According to Joel Ross and Michael Kami, “ WITHOUT STRATEGY
AN ORGANISATION IS LIKE A SHIP WITHOUT A RUDDER”.
CORPORATE STRATEGY
 It is growth design of firm.
 It generate blueprint of organisation’s 3D i.e. DESIRED IMAGE,
DIRECTION, AND DESTINATION.
 Corporate strategy focuses on STABILITY, EXPANSION,
RETRENCHMENT, COMBINATION i.e. four generic strategic
alternatives as propagated by Glueck and Jauch .

 Aim of SM is to save the companies product
and services through proper understanding of
environmental changes both internal and
external.
 The principle of “SURVIVAL OF THE
FITTEST”, as propagated by Charles Darwin is
the only principle of survival of the organisation
in todays turbulent environmental situation.

 SMM doesn’t give guarantee of success however if it is used
properly then organisation will achieve its vision, mission, objective
and goal.
 Every company shall make SMM along with strategist and hold
confrences and through confrences they invite motivational trainer
and speaker to communicate SMM loud and clear.

 SO : A position that any firm would like to achieve, where
strength can be used to build or capitalize existing or
emerging opportunities.
 ST : A position where strength is used to minimize existing
or emerging threats.
 WO : A position where existing opportunities are to be
exploited to maximum to overcome organizational weakness.
 WT : A position that any firm would like to avoide, where an
organisational may have to struggle for its survival.

  • 3. STRATEGY  Strategy can be understood as “ RANN NEETI”.  Strategy means something to do with war and “WAYS TO WIN OVER THE ENEMY” .  According to Joel Ross and Michael Kami, “ WITHOUT STRATEGY AN ORGANISATION IS LIKE A SHIP WITHOUT A RUDDER”.

CORPORATE STRATEGY  It is growth design of firm.  It generate blueprint of organisation’s 3D i.e. DESIRED IMAGE, DIRECTION, AND DESTINATION.  Corporate strategy focuses on STABILITY, EXPANSION, RETRENCHMENT, COMBINATION i.e. four generic strategic alternatives as propagated by Glueck and Jauch .
