Albert Einstein once said, “Laughing is more important than every formula ever created.” Okay, he didn’t say that. But I wish he did.
Laughing is important, and humor can be used as a powerful tool in many situations. Humor helps us make sense of chaos using new perspectives. It enables us to discuss taboo topics with a sense of comfort. Laughing even leads to a number of health benefits. But humor can also be used for more practical situations — especially within the creative industry.
In this engaging workshop, you’ll join writer, comedian, and marketing strategist, Jon Savitt, to examine how comedy is used in marketing and why it leaves such a positive impact. The best part? You’ll walk away with tangible ways to apply humor to your everyday projects — even if you’re not a professional comedian. Takeaways like how you can improve customer loyalty, create more shareable content, build a more memorable brand, and more.

We'll walk you through ways - and examples - to take your prospect messaging from gold to platinum!
If increasing enrollment is a mandate at your institution—step one is marketing, step two is recruitment. There is little point in doing one without the other. We hope you will join us for this workshop that focuses on putting the steps together!

My media system has earned hundreds of millions of impressions for my clients on major media outlets. Imagine yourself in your ideal audience's most trusted news, radio, podcast or television... what are the possibilities for you if you were that well-known?

I help social entrepreneurs get seen and become well-known experts in their industry.
If you're tired of seeing someone else with less expertise in your field get all the media attention, I am going to teach you the secrets to build your profile, pitch your story, and create a campaign to become the go-to expert in your field.
I'm a big believer in teaching people how to fish, rather than simply catching fish and selling them to you (which is what publicists do). Most small companies and nonprofits can't afford and frankly don't need a publicist or PR firm - they just need the tools and the confidence to try to book themselves. That's what I love to do for entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders. Take the skills in-house and you'll have the ability to get media attention forever going forward.

ABSTRACT: Although a significant amount of literature exists on Morocco's migration policies and their
successes and failures since their implementation in 2014, there is limited research on the integration of subSaharan African children into schools. This paperis part of a Ph.D. research project that aims to fill this gap. It
reports the main findings of a study conducted with migrant children enrolled in two public schools in Rabat,
Morocco, exploring how integration is defined by the children themselves and identifying the obstacles that they
have encountered thus far. The following paper uses an inductive approach and primarily focuses on the
relationships of children with their teachers and peers as a key aspect of integration for students with a migration
background. The study has led to several crucial findings. It emphasizes the significance of speaking Colloquial
Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and being part of a community for effective integration. Moreover, it reveals that the
use of Modern Standard Arabic as the language of instruction in schools is a source of frustration for students,
indicating the need for language policy reform. The study underlines the importanceof considering the
children‟s agency when being integrated into mainstream public schools.

Improving Workplace Safety Performance in Malaysian SMEs: The Role of Safety ...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: In the Malaysian context, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) experience a significant
burden of workplace accidents. A consensus among scholars attributes a substantial portion of these incidents to
human factors, particularly unsafe behaviors. This study, conducted in Malaysia's northern region, specifically
targeted Safety and Health/Human Resource professionals within the manufacturing sector of SMEs. We
gathered a robust dataset comprising 107 responses through a meticulously designed self-administered
questionnaire. Employing advanced partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) techniques
with SmartPLS 3.2.9, we rigorously analyzed the data to scrutinize the intricate relationship between safety
behavior and safety performance. The research findings unequivocally underscore the palpable and
consequential impact of safety behavior variables, namely safety compliance and safety participation, on
improving safety performance indicators such as accidents, injuries, and property damages. These results
strongly validate research hypotheses. Consequently, this study highlights the pivotal significance of cultivating
safety behavior among employees, particularly in resource-constrained SME settings, as an essential step toward
enhancing workplace safety performance.

and where they are trying to get in life.”
