Responsibilities: Managing the complete logistical and installation operation on site including
offsite laydown areas, this involves coordinating and planning all works with
the client, main contractor and numerous main and sub-contractors dealing
with site activities. In addition, I manage the general construction and
installation of all aspects of the project including structural steel, cosmetic
steel, glass and aluminium facades, liaising with design and the planning
team overseeing the general overview looking ahead at the whole of the site.
Furthermore I have extensive knowledge of airport logistical, security and
HSE procedures. Duties include all in-house, hired and main/sub-contractors
plant consisting of all vertical access equipment, material access and
transportation, specialised equipment and site vehicles including
maintenance programs and scheduling.

Responsibilities: Responsible for setting up the day to day operation of Emrill Premium
Services. This department of the EMAAR facilities Management division was
set up to help new and existing homeowners with any civil works required in
their residences. Liaising with potential clients as well as with the EMAAR call
center, I was scheduling approximately 50 to 70 jobs per week, organizing
sub-contractors for all works such as carpentry to civil works, steel erection
to glass installation, these works encompassed all types of small works to
major alternations to villas and apartments. Additionally I was accountable for
scheduling an MEP maintenance program for villas and apartments across all
of EMAAR’s developments. At the time, 500 villas had taken out annual
maintenance contracts.

Responsibilities: Accountable for the refurbishment of Dubai Airport Concourse C and new
projects including, the Emirates Airlines CEO’s private offices and several
Dubai Duty Free shops. These included full turnkey fit out where necessary of
all buildings concerning IT, civil works, glass and aluminum facades and MEP
works. Simultaneously, I coordinated the full decoration packages including
specialized glass, granite and paint works as well as the day to day
organization of all sub-contractors, making sure all variations were accounted
for and processed accordingly while keeping the project on schedule and in
budget. Also I advised and managed the logistical operation to refurbish a
230 room hotel in Tanzania with all materials being imported from the UAE.
