4063 steel is composed of carbon, silicon, manganese, phosphorus, molybdenum, and sulfur. It has a hardness of 534 Brinell, an ultimate tensile strength of 1855 MPa, a yield tensile strength of 1593 MPa, a modulus of elasticity of 201-209 GPa, and an elongation at break of 8.0%. The microstructure of 4063 steel consists of lower bainite and martensite.
