 Program team identifies tracks for next year
 Program team selects Track Managers with
  expertise/contacts in those areas
 Track Managers select proposal reviewers with
  diverse backgrounds and perspectives

Call for Proposals

 Call for Proposals opens in early August and is
  open until mid September
 Many presentation formats to consider:
    Full session presentation, demo, panel discussion
    Half session paper, case study, bleeding edge topic
    Project showcase, progression topic, lightning talk
 Be sure your proposal is complete, detailed plan,
  clear objectives, well written
 New content each year
 General sessions for less experienced
 Advanced sessions for more experienced

Proposal Review and Selection

 Review teams evaluate proposals until mid October
 Prioritize topics in each track
 About 250 proposals, ~60 selected
 Program leaders balance program
 Program leaders identify trends and create
  progressions for key interest areas

 Progressions, project showcase, & lightning talks
  are fleshed out
 Program leaders invite industry leaders to augment
  overall program
 Program leaders identify keynote speaker
