•Create a strategy that ensures all tickets are sold.

•Manage aspects of the student center reservation requests for the
conference.
•Create a menu for the conference and work with appropriate vendors to
coordinate meals for the conference.
•Dream up and execute a creative conference experience. This includes
stage design, the look of the lounge spaces, and any other components of
the overall conference experience.
•Oversee components of the registration and check in process to ensure
that the experience of attendees is cohesive from purchasing a ticket to the
closing speaker.

•Responsible for designing and coordinating the “full team meetings” with all
conference planning team members
•Come up with new ideas to streamline communication efforts between the
conference captains as well as the full conference planning team
•Organize new initiatives to build cohesion among the conference planning

captains and coordinate those trainings
•Oversee the Mark Story Project--working with Promotions and Outreach

fundraising goal for the conference, and then work to achieve that goal with
hopes of surpassing it.

conference sponsors.
