Based on staging method, it can be decided the appropriate method of surgical procedure to remove or to treat either by chemotherapy or radiotherapy. Grading is useful to determine the nature of differentiation, if the cells are nearly looks to normal differentiation then they are referred as "low grade" and "high grade" if they poorly differentiated. At stage I Hodgkin lymphoma, it can be observed that "a low grade" cancer cell differentiation with benign tumor cell formation pertaining to "lymph nodes or lymph organs", in which no malignant tumor formation formed due to lack of metastasis. Cancer cells are neoplastic cells and they have a property of uncontrollable division to form benign and become malignant when they migrate from region to another region. Stage IV Hodgkin lymphoma prognosis- the likely outcome of this “lymphoma cancer” has associated with high malignancy & metastasis property since they spread to other lymphoid organs apart from the lymph nodes. They have a property of angiogenesis means cancer cells have ability to obtain nutrients by synthesizing new blood vessels to their site of origin.
