This document outlines the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) levels of competence for spoken interaction and production. It describes the abilities and range of language for each level from A1 (basic) to C2 (mastery). For spoken interaction, higher levels indicate greater fluency, ability to participate actively in discussions, and skill in relating contributions to other speakers. For spoken production, as the levels increase, descriptions become more detailed and complex, with clearer structure and logical organization of ideas. Vocabulary and discourse markers also expand in range and sophistication at higher levels.
