Who Are We?
We are a cancer initiative started by the
Entertainment Industry Foundation in 2008.
We raise money and awareness for cancer
currently mostly in the U.S and UK.
Since our launch in 2008, we have raised more
than 200 thousand dollars for cancer research.
STRENGHTS
Highly popularized.
Major celebrity backing.
Current partnerships with major TV stations like
AbcFamily.
Broad topic.
Notability.
WEAKNESSES
Touchy topic.
Personalization of efforts.
Focused solely on raising money.
Our Current Positioning
• We were made to and are raising money for
cancer research - this has always been our goal
and always will be.
• But.. We can be so much more.
Going Foward..
• People are already "standing up to cancer", pledging their
allegiance through photos and marker walls but we also
need to stand up for each other and really show each
other that we care.
Erase the stigma of cancer through
storytelling and building personal connections.

Stand Together.
• Stand together is a new initiative that we will be
launching.
• Stand together is all about building a community.

• We will actually be kicking off on a much
“smaller” scale geared more towards our primary
target audience.
