  10. Safety – NECESSARY MINIMUMWhat is your LC doing to ensure the safety of every participant. Safety by precaution; safety in crisisDoes your LC provide a checklist of documents for the reference of Eps. Are these updated? Are your members trained and educated about these safety standards and how to ensure their Eps are educated on the same pre-realization?Do your members take the responsibility of their Eps’ safety seriously?Insurance – high volumen LCs

StandardsMinimum features of your priduct/servicesWe strive for those standards because it’s the minimum requirement in delivering the needed leadership experience.Accommodation standards, Job Description alignment, minimum support from the home and host LC, XPPAre there structures and processes in place to ensure standards in every GCDP GIP experience. Is there a Quality Control responsible who ensures and reinstates these standards? Who runs regular audits in the LC?
