Experts think differently than novices - they can recognize problems more easily and solve them efficiently. Novice learners can develop "islands of expertise" in areas they are personally interested in through collaborative learning experiences. True expertise requires extensive experience and practice within a domain.

This document discusses approaches to drug discovery for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). IBS is defined by abdominal pain and altered bowel habits without detectable organic disease. Current treatments have safety issues. The review discusses targeting pathways locally in the gut from an "outside-in" perspective to identify therapeutic targets related to bile acid malabsorption, microbial dysbiosis, intestinal barrier function, immune dysregulation, motility and visceral hypersensitivity. Challenges to new drug discovery are the unknown mechanisms underlying IBS and limited options for translational research and disease biomarkers. Drugs acting locally via multiple targets that are proven to modulate secretory and motility effects, like eluxadoline and crofelemer, are proving successful

• que os procedimentos e a postura da nova administração não se pautaram pela transparência nem pelo diálogo;
• que o tratamento que vem sendo dado pela Direção Escolar a professores e alunos não tem sido condizente com uma escola, muito menos com uma instituição que atua na formação de artistas;
• as declarações do Presidente da Fundação das Artes e Secretário Municipal de Cultura Senhor Jander Cavalcanti de Lira dadas ao Jornal ABCD Maior, publicadas na matéria “Professor recebe R$ 22 mil e Pinheiro acaba com esquema de horas extras”;
• a nota oficial da Prefeitura de São Caetano publicada na página oficial da administração intitulada “Nota oficial da Prefeitura a respeito da Fundação das Artes”;
• a superficialização da discussão acerca das necessidades da Fundação das Artes, reduzidas apenas às questões legais, sem levar em conta a trajetória e soluções presentes em processos administrativos anteriores;
• a destituição unilateral e não dialogada dos coordenadores de área eleitos pelos seus pares, (eleitos conforme determinado no artigo 8 do Regimento Geral da Escola de Artes e Ofícios);
• a reunião superficial realizada no dia 1 de fevereiro;
• os canais de diálogo criados;
