Така възрастните хора ще използват пълноценно свободното си време, ще прилагат на практика придобитите умения, ще имат достъп до модерно оборудване и технологии, ще създават нова приятелска среда за дискусии и формират нови социални контакти.

години търси своето място в бъдещето, с нов облик, с използване на съвременни
и модерни средства, базирайки цялостната си дейност на новаторство,
професионализъм и нетрадиционни форми на изяви.
Читалищната библиотека съществува от основаването на читалището. Има
Отдел за възрастни, Детски отдел и читалня. Обслужва 450 читатели. Разполага
с 14 351 библиотечни единици. От 2010 г. е част от семейството на Глобални
библиотеки – България.
Днес, библиотеката е център за усвояване, прилагане и развитие на
съвременните информационни и комуникационни технологии . Използването
на съвременни информационни средства позволява повече гъвкавост в работата
на библиотекаря, интерактивност при поднасянето на информация на
потребителите, както и включването им в представяното събитие.
