This document discusses strategies for a minor league baseball team, the Springfield Nor'Easters, to maximize revenue. It describes the demographics of Springfield, details about minor league baseball seasons and the stadium. Existing research showed that cultivating a loyal fan base through flexibility, simplicity and professionalism was important. A survey was designed and sent to collect data on pricing different ticket packages. The results were analyzed in the context of pricing for other local sports teams. The real goal was to maximize both ticket income and attendance.
