Przystąpienie do sprawdzianu jest warunkiem ukończenia szkoły
podstawowej. Uczeń, który nie przystąpi do sprawdzianu, musi powtórzyć

Czytanie to także rozumienie znaczenia podstawowych symboli na
wykresach, mapach, planach i schematach. Uczeń powinien znać
zamieszczane tam symbole i oznaczenia.
5. Pisanie
By dobrze wypaść na sprawdzianie, uczeń powinien umieć napisać:
opowiadanie, opis przedmiotu, sprawozdanie (np. z
wycieczki), notatkę, streszczenie, list, kartkę
pocztową, telegram, instrukcję, zaproszenie, ogłoszenie.
W pracy jest oceniana również kompozycja
tekstu, ortografia, interpunkcja oraz gramatyka.
Pisanie na sprawdzianie to nie tylko wypracowanie, to także
rysowanie osi liczbowych, diagramów, schematów, planów itp. Ocenia się
także umiejętność przedstawiania informacji na mapach czy wykresach.
6. Rozumowanie
Na sprawdzianie uczeń powinien udowodnić, że potrafi
„rozumować”, czyli:
uporządkować rozmaite informacje (ułożyć je
chronologicznie, alfabetycznie), zjawiska przyrody, figury;
dostrzegać przyczyny i skutki wydarzeń;
zaproponować rozwiązanie przedstawionej w arkuszu sytuacji albo
przytoczyć argumenty za takim czy innym wyborem.
Zadania mogą dotyczyć codziennych sytuacji, jakie mogą się
przytrafić uczniowi.
7. Korzystanie z informacji
We współczesnym świecie zewsząd otaczają człowieka
informacje, dlatego tak istotna jest umiejętność korzystania z nich.
W przypadku sprawdzianu szóstoklasista powinien wskazać źródło
informacji, m. in. z jakiego słownika skorzysta przy rozwiązywaniu danego
problemu (np. w jakim słowniku znajdziesz znaczenie i pochodzenie słowa
„ unikatowy”).
Sprawdzian może badać, czy uczeń potrafi z oferty mediów
skierowanej do dzieci i młodzieży wybrać właściwą informację, kierując się
określonymi wcześniej kryteriami.
8. Wykorzystywanie wiedzy w praktyce
Zadania sprawdzają umiejętność praktycznego wykorzystania
zdobytej wiedzy, nie w sytuacjach typowo szkolnych, ale odnoszących się
do sytuacji życiowych, codziennych.

na przykład: obliczeń
