This document discusses sport for all as both an educational and social phenomenon in the Balkans region. It outlines several goals of sport for all, including improving health, socialization, and developing skills. The document also notes that a lack of access to sport is associated with increased obesity, sedentary lifestyles, and health problems. Finally, it argues that sport for all can promote lifelong learning and an active lifestyle while also facilitating social involvement and leisure activities.

Social realities because of lack od SFA and poor lifestyle have conducted to increase...... - and decrease - .....
To put this important strategic aims from theory into practice we have to respect 3 basic principles – simplicity, capability and adaptability.
Activities should be accesible and with simple rules so as to involve a large number of people.
Capability of SFA regards the efficiency requests of the participants connected to their finacial resources and to the infrastructure, too .
Adaptability to the features (ficers – caracteristici) of the participants, to their preferences, to their traditions and to the up –to-date trends (la zi)
