JFET-ovi
• JFET je skraćenica za engleski naziv za spojne tranzistore
sa efektom polja – Junction Field Effect Tranzistor
Šta su JFET-ovi?
• JFET-ovi su poluprovodničke komponente sa 3 elektrode
(D – drejn, S – sors, G - gejt), u kojima se koristi
električno polje za kontrolu struje između izlaznih
priključaka tranzistora
• Struju koja protiče kroz tranzistor čini samo jedna vrsta
nosilaca, tj. struju nose samo elektroni, ili samo šupljine
Struktura JFET-a
• JFET se pravi od poluprovodnika P ili N tipa, koji čine
„provodni kanal“ kroz tranzistor, a sa čije se obe strane
nalazi poluprovodnik suprotnog tipa, tj. ako je
poluprovodnik P tipa, sa njegovih strana će se nalaziti
poluprovodnici N tipa
Podela JFET-ova
• JFET-ovi se dele po tome kojeg je tipa kanal :
• Ako je kanal N tipa, onda se taj JFET naziva N-kanalni
JFET
• Ako je kanal P tipa, onda se taj JFET naziva P-kanalni JFET

Princip rada N-kanalnog
JFET-a
• Glavni provodni put kroz tranzistor je provodni kanal N-tipa,
pa će struja biti sastavljena od elektrona kao glavnih nosilaca
naelektrisanja
• Struja treba da protekne od sorsa (izvor struje) do drejna
(odvod struje)
• Između gejta i kanala postoje 2 PN spoja, čija se polarizacija
kontroliše naponom na gejtu (polarizacija može biti inverzna
ili direktna)
• Ukoliko su spojevi inverzno polarisani, neprovodna oblast
prostornog naelektrisanja smanjiće širinu kanala, a samim tim i
struju koja protiče između sorsa i drejna
• Rad JFET-a možemo analizirati za 2 posebna slučaja :
• 1. Napon između drejna i sorsa je nizak, (𝑈𝐷𝑆1V), a napon
između sorsa i gejta (𝑈𝐺𝑆) smanjujemo od 0 ka negativnim
vrednostima – Što je vrednost 𝑈𝐺𝑆 veća u negativnom
smeru, to se tranzistor više ponaša kao otpornik
• 2. Napon 𝑈𝐷𝑆 je porastao iznad određene granice – u ovom
slučaju potencijal tačaka u kanalu između D i S nije isti, što
znači da će oblast prostornog naelektrisanja biti šira kod one
elektrode koja ima veću vrednost u negativnom smeru, pa se
zbog toga ovakvi JFET-ovi koriste kao pojačavači
