The document discusses the fruit of faithfulness from the Bible. It provides the example of Mario faithfully cleaning around a plant pot even though his favorite song had ended. Jesus' parable of the talents is also mentioned, where faithful servants invested their master's money well. The document emphasizes that faithfulness means being dependable and loyal in both big and small acts. Examples are given of how to practice faithfulness with others through keeping promises and telling the truth. God's faithfulness through keeping his promises is highlighted from several Bible verses.
Jeremiah is in prison, in a doomed city besieged by an army, and Jehovah tells him to buy a field. It doesn’t make sense, but Jeremiah obeys. Then asks God why. Jehovah’s answer reveals the reason that Jeremiah (and the people) should have hope. We can learn from this why we too should live as a people of hope.

Repentance is necessary for our salvation, but what does it mean? The Parable of the Prodigal Son provides a beautiful picture of repentance demonstrating the necessity of honesty, humility and action.
God provided the marriage relationship as the proper (and only) outlet for sexual pleasure. Those who indulge their sexual desires outside of marriage (fornicators and adulterers) will be judged by God. Instruction for overcoming sexual temptations can be found in examining Potiphar’s wife and Joseph.
This was a training that I did with new members who were coming onboard with our Ministry Team. The first section uses a Family Systems approach to leadership. At our church we desire that leaders model the culture by three characteristics: (1) Affirmation - which is each member of the Leadership Team is for the success of others. (2) Expectation - Each member of the team has the courage to be realistic concerning the facts of a particular situation but they engage it with Hope. (3) Honor - Each member of the team are committed to treating others with dignity, grace, respect, and truth.

Christopher Columbus was a man of great faith and determination to follow the promptings of the Spirit of God. While not without his faults, overall, the study of his life is inspiring and he provides a good example for Christians to follow. This presentation focuses on what LDS / Mormon prophets have said about this remarkable man.

Bible study on two important women in the Book of Ruth. This book showcases how God rewards Ruth's loyalty and commitment to Naomi. God fulfills the promise to His children that no matter what circumstances that they are in and decisions they may have made, everything will work out for good and blessed super abundantly when we look to Him. Believe that God has His timing in place, and we are all in His plan.
Boaz highlights the virtues of Jesus and His love for the gentiles (the non-Jews). Today, we as born again Christians... have been eternally redeemed by the true One through His blood and sweat. The marriage of Boaz and Ruth brings forth super abundantly blessed life for Naomi who rises from emptiness to fullness - like how we as children of God have already been blessed with.

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

Spirit Fruit: Faithfulness
“The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness,
goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control”
Galatians 5:22–23 (NIV).
What About the Small Stuff?
Mario pressed play on his MP3 player and began to
rock to the music from his headphones as he pushed
the vacuum cleaner around the living room. Every
now and again he would lift the hose and cradle it like
an electric guitar. He’d swing his arm in large circles
and then continue to vacuum. After completing a
particularly good rock star move, his song finished and
he turned off the vacuum cleaner. It was then that he
spotted some dirt around the base of the plant pot.
Should he pretend he didn’t see it? After all, his
favorite song was done. Maybe Mom wouldn’t notice.

and doubled its value, while the other servant only hid the

who invested his money well, “Well done, good and faithful

you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s

Faithfulness is one of the fruits of Jesus’
Spirit as mentioned in Galatians 5:22–23.
Jesus is faithful. When He says something in His
Word He means it, and He will do what He has
promised. His faithfulness is shown through the
promises that He fulfills for us.

Here are some promises from the Bible
that talk of God’s faithfulness toward us:
· But the Lord is faithful, and he will
strengthen you and protect you from the
evil one. (2 Thessalonians 3:3 NIV).
· Know therefore that the Lord your God
is God; he is the faithful God, keeping
his covenant of love to a thousand
generations of those who love him and
keep his commandments. (Deuteronomy

You can practice faithfulness in your
interactions with people…
· by not gossiping about your friends.
“A gossip betrays a confidence, but a
trustworthy person keeps a secret” (Proverbs
11:13 NIV).
· by doing the things people are relying on
you to do. “Like a snow-cooled drink at
harvest time is a trustworthy messenger to
the one who sends him; he refreshes the
spirit of his master” (Proverbs 25:13 NIV).
· by telling your friends the truth even if
it’s not easy. “Faithful are the wounds of
a friend; but the kisses of an enemy are
deceitful” (Proverbs 27:6 KJV).
· …and many other ways!
Faithfulness is something we do because of the
example Jesus has given us of His faithfulness in
keeping His promises.
