They came to SB because they needed their lenders (over 2,000) to be able to not only access but also annotate a wide variety of formats in one web-based viewer while ensuring that none of the information was downloaded to their computer for compliance reasons. They had PDFs, AFPs, TIFFs, Word files in both electronic and hardcopy. They wanted to move to a pure electronic solution but didn’t want to have to manage multiple applications especially those that allowed people to download documents in order to view.

They were able to provide lenders with one application that supports all the formats they needed and most importantly we were able to meet their sub 2-second requirement for document rendering. Again, time is money so they wanted to make sure with that many users they were still able to process a large number of documents and as a result actually increased the volume to where they were processing 500,000 documents a day.
