1.) Can is informal and can be used with
        someone we know like a friend.
For example
      - Can you open the window please?
      - Can I help you?

2.) Could is formal and informal. We can use
it with someone we know or someone we
don't know.
For example
       - Could you bring me some salt please?
       - Could you please repeat?
3.) Will / Would are formal form that we
                    can use in any situation.
For example
      - Will you please answer the phone?
      - Would you fill in this form?

4.) Would you mind + V ing (gerund)
   is formal form
For example
       - Would you mind calling back later?
       - Would you mind locking the door when
         you leave?

Lisa : Well, we’d like to learn how
        to scuba dive, so the

        think.

Julie : Mm, something in the
        middle, I think.

Lisa : This looks perfect. We’d like

       from September 23-30.
Agent : Certainly. I just need your
          names, please.

1.) Work in pair.
2.) Each pair gets the guideline conversation.
3.) Choose the sign from the board. (each sign
    contained the information of each hotel;
     name, activity, type etc.)
4.) Then discuss and complete the guideline
    conversation with the information you have
    gotten.
5.) come up to act out your play in front of the
    class.

  (jigsaw method
(decision making))
1.) Make a group of three people.
2.) Each member in the group will get the different
    brochure of the three hotels (home group).
3.) To the whole class, a member of each group who
    has got the same brochure will share the
    information of the hotel together (expert group).
4.) After finished sharing the information, each
    member back to the home group and share what
    you have got from the expert group.
5.) Then, each group decides which hotel you want to
    stay along the trip and back up your reason.
6.) Come up to present the process and result of your
    decision in front of the class.

Then discuss and complete the guideline conversation with the information you have gotten. 5.) come up to act out your play in front of the class.

After finished sharing the information, each member back to the home group and share what you have got from the expert group. 5.) Then, each group decides which hotel you want to stay along the trip and back up your reason. 6.) Come up to present the process and result of your decision in front of the class.
