Workshop On Public Speaking
A workshop on public speaking was conducted by Imtiyaz Kutub at the Woodside Square Public Library on October 28, 2010 for a youth leadership group. The workshop covered essentials of public speaking like gaining self-confidence, knowing the topic, audience and location, preparing the content and delivery through practice, and how to creatively engage and maintain eye contact with the crowd through techniques like humor. Participants were polled for their opinions on public speaking and biggest fears.
