About CSI SPC
CSI Student Project Contest is instituted to encourage and promote student community for
innovative ideas and award them for creative solutions.
Eligibility
Students from any discipline (B Tech, M Tech, BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA) can submit their
nominations for their own original projects in the areas of research, academics, IT applications
and services to bring improvement in service, support and training in the field of Information
Technology. Any individual or a team of maximum 3 members can submit nominations.
Proposal Submission
Nominations to be submitted through email (secretary.csigzb@gmail.com) in pdf format typed
on A4 (single space, 11pt Times New Roman font, Title in 14pt Bold Capital Centered, Author
affiliation 12pt centered, atleast 1 inch margin in all sides. Page limit including figures and tables
is 3 pages (excluding title & author details). The proposal must clearly mention (i) Objective of
the work, (ii) Methodology (iii) Results, and (iv) Contribution to the society/ organization.
Mark Email subject as “Entry for CSI SPC”. Clearly mention name of all team members, CSI
membership number (If applicable) and Paytm payment amount and reference id.
Shortlisted nominations shall be called for in-person presentation on 4th
January 2020 at
Greater Noida (Sharda University).
Winners will have an opportunity to share their ideas with prospective investors.
Last date for Proposal Submission : 29th December, 2019 (11:59 PM)
Confirmation to shortlisted proposals by email : 31st December, 2019
Final Presentation : 04th January, 2020 (Greater Noida)

- Winners get Trophy, Certificate and Cash prizes
- All finalists will get certificates
- Presentation slot will be for 10-12 minutes each including demo and 3-5 minutes for Q&A
- CSI membership ID to be provided to avail membership discount.
