Optimizing Data Confidentiality using Integrated Multi Query ServicesIJTET Journal
Query services have experienced terribly massive growth within past few years for that reason large usage of services need to balance outsourcing data management to Cloud service providers that provide query services to the client for data owners, therefore data owner needs data confidentiality as well as query privacy to be guaranteed attributable to disloyal behavior of cloud service provider consequently enhancing data confidentiality must not be compromise the query processed performance. It is not significant to provide slow query services as the result of security along with privacy assurance. We propose the random space perturbation data perturbation method to provide secure with kNN(k-nearest-neighbor) range query services for protecting data in the cloud and Frequency Structured R-Tree (FSR-Tree) efficient range query. Our schemes enhance data confidentiality without compromising the FSR-TREE query processing performance that also increases the user experience.

An Efficient Algorithm to Calculate The Connectivity of Hyper-Rings Distribut...ijitcs
The aim of this paper is develop a software module to test the connectivity of various odd-sized HRs and attempted to answer an open question whether the node connectivity of an odd-sized HR is equal to its degree. We attempted to answer this question by explicitly testing the node connectivity's of various oddsized HRs. In this paper, we also study the properties, constructions, and connectivity of hyper-rings. We usually use a graph to represent the architecture of an interconnection network, where nodes represent processors and edges represent communication links between pairs of processors. Although the number of edges in a hyper-ring is roughly twice that of a hypercube with the same number of nodes, the diameter and the connectivity of the hyper-ring are shorter and larger, respectively, than those of the corresponding hypercube. These properties are advantageous to hyper-ring as desirable interconnection networks. This paper discusses the reliability in hyper-ring. One of the major goals in network design is to find the best way to increase the system’s reliability. The reliability of a distributed system depends on the reliabilities of its communication links and computer elements

Abstract Concept of Firewall is the most important thing in network and the traffic which is passing through network perimeter needs to be filtering the traffic that is going to pass through it. Thus there is potential risk in this process. As each packet needs to be checked with each firewall rule to find the matching rules. ’Geometric Efficient Matching Algorithm ‘ is one of the computational geometry algorithm which gives practically better solution for the purpose of finding the rule which exactly matches. With the help of firewall rule statistics we have generated random model of perimeter rule which is not uniform. We also reduced the space requirement up to 2-3 MB for 5000 rules. Also it solves problem of firewall misconfiguration for firewall packet matching Key Words: Network level protection and security, Network Communication.

Abstract Keyword search in relational database is a technique that has higher relevance in the present world. Extracting data from a large number of sets of database is very important .Because it reduces the usage of man power and time consumption. Data extraction from a large database using the relevant keyword based on the information needed is a very interactive and user friendly. Without knowing any database schemas or query languages like sql the user can get information. By using keyword in relational database data extraction will be simpler. The user doesn’t want to know the query language for search. But the database content is always changing for real time application for example database which store the data of publication data. When new publications arrive it should be added to database so the database content changes according to time. Because the database is updated frequently the result should change. In order to handle the database updation takes the top-k result from the currently updated data for each search. Top-k keyword search means take greatest k results based on the relevance of document. Keyword search in relational database means to find structural information from tuples from the database. Two types of keyword search are schema-based method and graph based approach. Using top-k keyword search instead of executing all query results taking highest k queries. By handling database updation try to find the new results and remove expired one

In this talk we evaluate Apache Spark for a data-intensive machine learning problem. Our use case focuses on policy diffusion detection across the state legislatures in the United States over time. Previous work on policy diffusion has been unable to make an all-pairs comparison between bills due to computational intensity. As a substitute, scholars have studied single topic areas.
We provide an implementation of this analysis workflow as a distributed text processing pipeline with Spark ML and GraphFrames.
Histogrammar package—a cross-platform suite of data aggregation primitives for making histograms, calculating descriptive statistics and plotting in Scala—is introduced to enable interactive data analysis in Spark REPL.
We discuss the challenges and strategies of unstructured data processing, data formats for storage and efficient access, and graph processing at scale.

For SSSP the researchers give an update algorithm for handling edge insertion and deletion. They implement for in OpenMP & CUDA and compare with Galois & Gunrock resp. For each vertex there are additional "affected" flags. In a later step "affected" flag is used iteratively update distances. To avoid loops disconnected vertices are set to INF. Edge deletions are slower (needs tree repair).
They have shown graphs for 50M, 100M changes, but i couldnt find what batch size they use. Is it 50/100M?
Later they did mention experiment with batch size 15, 30, 50? Is it 50 changes of 50M changes?

Essentials of Automations: Optimizing FME Workflows with Parameters
Spatial approximate string search
1. Spatial Approximate String Search
ABSTRACT
This work deals with the approximate string search in large spatial databases. Specifically, we
investigate range queries augmented with a string similarity search predicate in both Euclidean
space and road networks. We dub this query the spatial approximate string (SAS) query. In
Euclidean space, we propose an approximate solution, the MHR-tree, which embeds min-wise
signatures into an R-tree. The min-wise signature for an index node u keeps a concise
representation of the union of q-grams from strings under the sub-tree of u. We analyze the
pruning functionality of such signatures based on the set resemblance between
the query string and the q-grams from the sub-trees of index nodes. We also discuss how to
estimate the selectivity of a SAS query in Euclidean space, for which we present a novel
adaptive algorithm to find balanced partitions using both the spatial and string information
stored in the tree. For queries on road networks, we propose a novel exact method, RSASSOL,
which significantly outperforms the baseline algorithm in practice. The RSASSOL combines
the q-gram based inverted lists and the reference nodes based pruning. Extensive experiments
on large real data sets demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of our approaches.

2. Existing System
Keyword search over a large amount of data is an important operation in a wide range of
domains. Felipe et al. has recently extended its study to spatial databases, where keyword search
becomes a fundamental building block for an increasing number of real-world applications, and
proposed the IR -Tree.
A main limitation of the IR -Tree is that it only supports exact keyword search.
Problems on existing system:
1. Exact Keyword Require For Searching the Results.
Proposed System
For RSAS queries, the baseline spatial solution is based on the Dijkstra’s algorithm. Given
a query point q, the query range radius r, and a string predicate, we expand from q on the
road network using the Dijkstra algorithm until we reach the points distance r away from q
and verify the string predicate either in a post-processing step or on the intermediate results
of the expansion. We denote this approach as the Dijkstra solution. Its performance degrades
quickly when the query range enlarges and/or the data on the network increases. This
motivates us to find a novel method to avoid the unnecessary road network expansions, by
combining the prunings from both the spatial and the string predicates simultaneously.
We demonstrate the efficiency and effectiveness of our proposed methods for SAS
queries using a comprehensive experimental evaluation. For ESAS queries, our experimental
evaluation covers both synthetic and real data sets of up to 10 millions points and 6
dimensions. For RSAS queries, our evaluation is based on two large, real road network
datasets, that contain up to 175,813 nodes, 179,179 edges, and 2 millions points on the road
3. network. In both cases, our methods have significantly outperformed the respective baseline
methods.

In this module, Users are having authentication and security to access the detail
which is presented in the ontology system. Before accessing or searching the details user
should have the account in that otherwise they should register first.

The key of common Index can be made from the Index word given by the Data owner
and File. The secure index and a search scheme to enable fast similarity search in the context of
data. In such a context, it is very critical not to sacrifice the confidentiality of the sensitive data
while providing functionality. We provided a rigorous security definition and proved the
security of the proposed scheme under the provided definition to ensure the confidentiality.
3. Edit Distance Pruning:
Computing edit distance exactly is a costly operation. Sev- eral techniques have been
proposed for identifying candidate strings within a small edit distance from a query string fast.
All of them are based on q-grams and a q-gram
counting argument. For a string s, its q-grams are produced by sliding a window
4. of length q over the characters of s. To deal with the special case at the beginning and the end of
s, that have fewer than q characters, one may introduce special characters, such as “#” and “$”,
which are not in S. This helps conceptually extend
s by prefixing it with q - 1 occurrences of “#” and suffixing it with q - 1 occurrences of “$”.
Hence, each q-gram for the string s has exactly q characters.
4. Search:
we provide a specific application of the proposed similarity searchable encryption
scheme to clarify its mechanism.Server performs search on the index for each component and
sends back the corresponding encrypted bit vectors it makes by the respective like commend.
Finally, we illustrated the performance of the proposed scheme with empirical analysis on a real
data.
