This document is an assignment on rotary screen printing machines submitted by two students at Southeast University's Department of Textile Engineering. It provides an overview of the rotary screen printing process, including its features such as a floating bearing system and micro gearing synchronization. The document outlines the process flow, including feeding fabric into the printer section, passing under rotating screens where print paste is squeezed through, and curing and washing. Potential problems in screen printing like choking of screens and improper curing are also discussed.
