In this talk I presented a ratio analysis approach to measuring agile performance we use at Bookmate. It is invariant to story size and story point value. We measure productivity as a ratio of estimated committed & done effort to all resources available, further it cascades down as a product of accuracy, ability to ship, ability to plan and resource utilisation.
Oak Marr Pump Station Rehabilitation – Construction ProjectFairfax County
Neighborhood was built in the 1980s, and the sewer infrastructure has been in operation since.
Aged pump station equipment – pumps, valves, fans, concrete, etc.
This aging equipment has the potential of causing:
Sanitary Sewer Overflows (SSO)
Sewer back-ups into homes
Environmental damages
Maintenance problems
The work on this project included investigation and repair to an 8-inch sewer line in Waterway Drive which had been previously lined with a plastic liner system. The project location was in Waterway Drive from Cavalier Court to the vicinity of Half Moon Circle. The project involved setting up a bypass system to remove sewage from the line so the pipe could be properly cleaned and inspected. Following this process, it was determined the plastic liner was causing capacity issues. It was determined that the liner could be repaired using internal methods and no excavation was needed. In addition, the five manholes associated with the segments of pipe in the project area were also rehabilitated. This project was substantially complete on June 25, 2021.

A. Otumara Node for DOMGAS Projects – Construction/fabrication of Central
Processing Facility (3nos CPF Modules of 27,000 tons) which includes Piping,
structural, Equipment Installation works at Daewoo Nigeria Fab. Yard and
skidding/installation, hookup and commissioning at Otumara CPF site – 98%
completed.
B. Otumara Node for DOMGAS Projects; Pile Installation works for CPF-01, 02 &03
and Pipe Rack A/B, Exist Flowstation & Swamp area piling– 2014.
C. 3 Layer PE coating and Concrete coating of 12”, 6”, 4” and 2” line pipe for
Otumara Saghara-Escravos AG Solution Pipeline Project – 2012.
D. Site/Yard material audits at contractor’s yards – 2012.
E. Scoping/Project evaluation for Southern Swamp Associated Gas Solution projects
F. Drawing development/project scoping for Ogbotobo Flow lines/facility Rehabilitation
works – 2011.
J. Batan West Re-Entry Projects (2011):
1) Replacement of 4” (7 NOs) and 6” (1 NO) Vandalized Flow Lines at Batan Flow station.
River-Crossings of 4 inch and 6 inch vandalized flow lines at Batan flow station.
The ROW ditching and backfilling of the flow lines.
Pressure testing, hook up, wellhead platform and riser fabrication.
2) Replacements of 7 swamp WellHead Platforms to Ajuju 6T & 1L/S & Batan 2S, 5T, 6S &
