A new Homotopy Perturbation Method (HPM) is used to find exact solutions for the system of Linear Fractional Programming Problem (LFPP) with equality constraints. In best of my knowledge, first time we are going to introduce a new technique using Homotopy for solving LFP problem. The Homotopy Perturbation method (HPM) and factorization technique are used together to build a new method. A new
technique is also used to convert LFPP to Linear programming problem (LPP). The results betray that our proposed method is very easy and effective compare to the existing method for solving LFP problems with equality constraints applied in real life situations. To illustrate the proposed method numerical examples are solved and the obtained results are discussed.
This work considers the multi-objective optimization problem constrained by a system of bipolar fuzzy relational equations with max-product composition. An integer optimization based technique for order of preference by similarity to the ideal solution is proposed for solving such a problem. Some critical features associated with the feasible domain and optimal solutions of the bipolar max-Tp equation constrained optimization problem are studied. An illustrative example verifying the idea of this paper is included. This

ABSTRACT: Analytical method for solving homogeneous linear differential equations in chemical kinetics and pharmacokinetics using homotopy perturbation method has been proposed. The mathematical model that depicts the pharmacokinetics is solved. Herein, we report the closed form of an analytical expression for concentrations species for all values of kinetic parameters. These results are compared with numerical results and are found to be in satisfactory agreement. The obtained results are valid for the whole solution domain.
In conventional transportation problem (TP), supplies, demands and costs are always certain. This paper develops an approach to solve the unbalanced transportation problem where as all the parameters are not in deterministic numbers but imprecise ones. Here, all the parameters of the TP are considered to the triangular intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (TIFNs). The existing ranking procedure of Varghese and Kuriakose is used to transform the unbalanced intuitionistic fuzzy transportation problem (UIFTP) into a crisp one so that the conventional method may be applied to solve the TP. The occupied cells of unbalanced crisp TP that we obtained are as same as the occupied cells of UIFTP.
On the basis of this idea the solution procedure is differs from unbalanced crisp TP to UIFTP in allocation step only. Therefore, the new method and new multiplication operation on triangular intuitionistic fuzzy number (TIFN) is proposed to find the optimal solution in terms of TIFN. The main advantage of this method is computationally very simple, easy to understand and also the optimum objective value obtained by our method is physically meaningful.

Inventory Model with Price-Dependent Demand Rate and No Shortages: An Interva...orajjournal
In this paper, an interval-valued inventory optimization model is proposed. The model involves the price dependent
demand and no shortages. The input data for this model are not fixed, but vary in some real bounded intervals. The aim is to determine the optimal order quantity, maximizing the total profit and minimizing the holding cost subjecting to three constraints: budget constraint, space constraint, and
budgetary constraint on ordering cost of each item. We apply the linear fractional programming approach based on interval numbers. To apply this approach, a linear fractional programming problem is modeled with interval type uncertainty. This problem is further converted to an optimization problem with interval valued
objective function having its bounds as linear fractional functions. Two numerical examples in crisp
case and interval-valued case are solved to illustrate the proposed approach.
A NEW ALGORITHM FOR SOLVING FULLY FUZZY BI-LEVEL QUADRATIC PROGRAMMING PROBLEMSorajjournal
This paper is concerned with new method to find the fuzzy optimal solution of fully fuzzy bi-level non-linear (quadratic) programming (FFBLQP) problems where all the coefficients and decision variables of both objective functions and the constraints are triangular fuzzy numbers (TFNs). A new method is based on decomposed the given problem into bi-level problem with three crisp quadratic objective functions and bounded variables constraints. In order to often a fuzzy optimal solution of the FFBLQP problems, the concept of tolerance membership function is used to develop a fuzzy max-min decision model for generating satisfactory fuzzy solution for FFBLQP problems in which the upper-level decision maker (ULDM) specifies his/her objective functions and decisions with possible tolerances which are described by membership functions of fuzzy set theory. Then, the lower-level decision maker (LLDM) uses this preference information for ULDM and solves his/her problem subject to the ULDMs restrictions. Finally, the decomposed method is illustrated by numerical example.

In this paper, we make use of the fractional differential operator method to find the modified Riemann-Liouville (R-L) fractional derivatives of some fractional functions include fractional polynomial function, fractional exponential function, fractional sine and cosine functions. The Mittag-Leffler function plays an important role in our article, and the fractional differential operator method can be applied to find the particular solutions of non-homogeneous linear fractional differential equations (FDE) with constant coefficients in a unified way and it is a generalization of the method of finding particular solutions of classical ordinary differential equations. On the other hand, several examples are illustrative for demonstrating the advantage of our approach and we compare our results with the traditional differential calculus cases.

In this paper, a novel method called Laplace-differential transform method (LDTM) is used to obtain an
approximate analytical solution for strong nonlinear initial and boundary value problems associated in
engineering phenomena. It is determined that the method works very well for the wide range of parameters and
an excellent agreement is demonstrated and discussed between the approximate solution and the exact one in
three examples. The most significant features of this method are its capability of handling non-linear boundary

In this paper, Assignment problem with crisp, fuzzy and intuitionistic fuzzy numbers as cost coefficients is investigated. In conventional assignment problem, cost is always certain. This paper develops an approach to solve a mixed intuitionistic fuzzy assignment problem where cost is considered real, fuzzy and an intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. Ranking procedure of Annie Varghese and Sunny Kuriakose [4] is used to transform the mixed intuitionistic fuzzy assignment problem into a crisp one so that the conventional method may be applied to solve the assignment problem. The method is illustrated by a numerical example. The proposed method is very simple and easy to understand. Numerical examples show that an intuitionistic fuzzy ranking method offers an effective tool for handling an intuitionistic fuzzy assignment problem.

Laplacian smoothing transform uses the negative diagonal element to generate the new space. The negative diagonal elements will deliver the negative new spaces. The negative new spaces will cause decreasing of the dominant characteristics. Laplacian smoothing transform usually singular matrix, such that the matrix cannot be solved to obtain the ordered-eigenvalues and corresponding eigenvectors. In this research, we propose a modeling to generate the positive diagonal elements to obtain the positive new spaces. The secondly, we propose approach to overcome singularity matrix to found eigenvalues and eigenvectors. Firstly, the method is started to calculate contradictory of the laplacian smoothing matrix. Secondly, we calculate the new space modeling on the contradictory of the laplacian smoothing. Moreover, we calculate eigenvectors of the discriminant analysis. Fourth, we calculate the new space modeling on the discriminant analysis, select and merge features. The proposed method has been tested by using four databases, i.e. ORL, YALE, UoB, and local database (CAI-UTM). Overall, the results indicate that the proposed method can overcome two problems and deliver higher accuracy than similar methods.

A HYBRID COA/ε-CONSTRAINT METHOD FOR SOLVING MULTI-OBJECTIVE PROBLEMSijfcstjournal
In this paper, a hybrid method for solving multi-objective problem has been provided. The proposed method is combining the ε-Constraint and the Cuckoo algorithm. First the multi objective problem transfers into a single-objective problem using ε-Constraint, then the Cuckoo optimization algorithm will optimize the problem in each task. At last the optimized Pareto frontier will be drawn. The advantage of
this method is the high accuracy and the dispersion of its Pareto frontier. In order to testing the efficiency of the suggested method, a lot of test problems have been solved using this method. Comparing the results of this method with the results of other similar methods shows that the Cuckoo algorithm is more suitable for solving the multi-objective problems.
RETOOLING OF COLOR IMAGING IN THE QUATERNION ALGEBRAmathsjournal
A novel quaternion color representation tool is proposed to the images and videos efficiently. In this work, we consider a full model for representation and processing color images in the quaternion algebra. Color images are presented in the threefold complex plane where each color component is described by a complex image. Our preliminary experimental results show significant performance improvements of the proposed approach over other well-known color image processing techniques. Moreover, we have shown how a particular image enhancement of the framework leads to excellent color enhancement (better than other algorithms tested). In the framework of the proposed model, many other color processing algorithms, including filtration and restoration, can be expressed.
A Class of Continuous Implicit Seventh-eight method for solving y’ = f(x, y) ...AI Publications
In this article, we develop a continuous implicit seventh-eight method using interpolation and collocation of the approximate solution for the solution of y’ = f(x, y) with a constant step-size. The method uses power series as the approximate solution in the derivation of the method. The independent solution was then derived by adopting block integrator. The properties of the method was investigated and found to be zero stable, consistent and convergent. The integrator was tested on numerical examples ranging from linear problem, Prothero-Robinson Oscillatory, Growth Model and Sir Model. The results show that the computed solution is closer to the exact solution and also, the absolutes errors perform better than the existing methods.

Riccati matrix differential equation has long been known to be so difficult to solve analytically and/or numerically. In this connection, most of the recent studies are concerned with the derivation of the necessary conditions that ensure the existence of the solution. Therefore, in this paper, He’s Variational iteration method is used to derive the general form of the iterative approximate sequence of solutions and then proved the convergence of the obtained sequence of approximate solutions to the exact solution. This proof is based on using the mathematical induction to derive a general formula for the upper bound proved to be converging to zero under certain conditions.

Generally a range of equation solvers for estimating the solution of an equation contain the derivative of
first or higher order. Such solvers are difficult to apply in the instances of complicated functional

conventional methods like Newton-Raphson method (N-R), Regula Falsi method (R-F) & Bisection method
(BIS). The present method is good to solve those nonlinear and transcendental equations that cannot be
solved by the basic algebra. Comparative analysis are also made with the other racing formulas of this

Enhancing three variants of harmony search algorithm for continuous optimizat...IJECEIAES
Meta-heuristic algorithms are well-known optimization methods, for solving real-world optimization problems. Harmony search (HS) is a recognized meta-heuristic algorithm with an efficient exploration process. But the HS has a slow convergence rate, which causes the algorithm to have a weak exploitation process in finding the global optima. Different variants of HS introduced in the literature to enhance the algorithm and fix its problems, but in most cases, the algorithm still has a slow convergence rate. Meanwhile, opposition-based learning (OBL), is an effective technique used to improve the performance of different optimization algorithms, including HS. In this work, we adopted a new improved version of OBL, to improve three variants of Harmony Search, by increasing the convergence rate speed of these variants and improving overall performance. The new OBL version named improved opposition-based learning (IOBL), and it is different from the original OBL by adopting randomness to increase the solution's diversity. To evaluate the hybrid algorithms, we run it on benchmark functions to compare the obtained results with its original versions. The obtained results show that the new hybrid algorithms more efficient compared to the original versions of HS. A convergence rate graph is also used to show the overall performance of the new algorithms.

method is presented. To illustrate the effectiveness of the Leapfrog method, an example of the differential
equations on the sphere has been considered and the solutions were obtained using methods taken taken from
the literature [17] and Leapfrog method. The obtained discrete solutions are compared with the exact solutions
of the differential equations on the sphere. Solution graphs for the differential equations on the sphere have
been presented in the graphical form to show the efficiency of this Leapfrog method. This Leapfrog method can
be easily implemented in a digital computer and the solution can be obtained for any length of time
The paper talks about the pentagonal Neutrosophic sets and its operational law. The paper presents the cut of single valued pentagonal Neutrosophic numbers and additionally introduced the arithmetic operation of single-valued pentagonal Neutrosophic numbers. Here, we consider a transportation problem with pentagonal Neutrosophic numbers where the supply, demand and transportation cost is uncertain. Taking the benefits of the properties of ranking functions, our model can be changed into a relating deterministic form, which can be illuminated by any method. Our strategy is easy to assess the issue and can rank different sort of pentagonal Neutrosophic numbers. To legitimize the proposed technique, some numerical tests are given to show the adequacy of the new model.

Observability Concepts EVERY Developer Should Know -- DeveloperWeek Europe.pdfPaige Cruz
Monitoring and observability aren’t traditionally found in software curriculums and many of us cobble this knowledge together from whatever vendor or ecosystem we were first introduced to and whatever is a part of your current company’s observability stack.
While the dev and ops silo continues to crumble….many organizations still relegate monitoring & observability as the purview of ops, infra and SRE teams. This is a mistake - achieving a highly observable system requires collaboration up and down the stack.

Effective Application Security in Software Delivery lifecycle using Deployment Firewall and DBOM
The modern software delivery process (or the CI/CD process) includes many tools, distributed teams, open-source code, and cloud platforms. Constant focus on speed to release software to market, along with the traditional slow and manual security checks has caused gaps in continuous security as an important piece in the software supply chain. Today organizations feel more susceptible to external and internal cyber threats due to the vast attack surface in their applications supply chain and the lack of end-to-end governance and risk management.
The software team must secure its software delivery process to avoid vulnerability and security breaches. This needs to be achieved with existing tool chains and without extensive rework of the delivery processes. This talk will present strategies and techniques for providing visibility into the true risk of the existing vulnerabilities, preventing the introduction of security issues in the software, resolving vulnerabilities in production environments quickly, and capturing the deployment bill of materials (DBOM).

Elevating Tactical DDD Patterns Through Object CalisthenicsDorra BARTAGUIZ
After immersing yourself in the blue book and its red counterpart, attending DDD-focused conferences, and applying tactical patterns, you're left with a crucial question: How do I ensure my design is effective? Tactical patterns within Domain-Driven Design (DDD) serve as guiding principles for creating clear and manageable domain models. However, achieving success with these patterns requires additional guidance. Interestingly, we've observed that a set of constraints initially designed for training purposes remarkably aligns with effective pattern implementation, offering a more ‘mechanical’ approach. Let's explore together how Object Calisthenics can elevate the design of your tactical DDD patterns, offering concrete help for those venturing into DDD for the first time!

Abstract
A new Homotopy Perturbation Method (HPM) is used to find exact solutions for the system of Linear
Fractional Programming Problem (LFPP) with equality constraints. In best of my knowledge, first time we
are going to introduce a new technique using Homotopy for solving LFP problem. The Homotopy
Perturbation method (HPM) and factorization technique are used together to build a new method. A new
technique is also used to convert LFPP to Linear programming problem (LPP). The results betray that our
proposed method is very easy and effective compare to the existing method for solving LFP problems with
equality constraints applied in real life situations. To illustrate the proposed method numerical examples
are solved and the obtained results are discussed.

1. Introduction
The Linear Fractional Programming Problems (i.e. objective function has a numerator and a
denominator) have attracted many researchers due to its real life application in many important
field such as health care, financial sector, production planning and hospital planning. Charnes-
Cooper [3], have proposed a method which depends on transforming the LFPP to an equivalent
linear program. Bitran and Magnant [2] have concerned duality and sensitivity analysis in LFP
.An iterative method for solving problem is based on conjugate gradient projection method [17].
Swarup [16] developed a simplex technique for the same problem.
In 1998 non-linear partial differential equation, non-linear systems of second order boundary
value problems to solve integral, functional integral and also system of linear equations [5] are
solved by Homotopy Perturbation Method (HPM) was proposed by He. An efficient algorithm for
solving of linear equations based on HPM [7].The Homotopy Perturbation Method (HPM) by He
in 1998, is very systematic in application and has been universally used for solving linear
equations. In 1992, Liao gave a crowd ideas of Homotopy analysis for the solution of nonlinear
problems. The basic ideas of HPM has been successfully applied to solve many types of non-
linear problems. Using HPM, gives a very rapid convergence of the solution series. Many
researcher’s used this method to solve linear equations.FirstlyH.Saberi Najafi [15] introduced

HPM for solving linear programming problems. In 2011, M. Mehrabinezhad [14] gave
application of He's HPM to linear programming problems.
First, we applied a new technique to convert LFPP to LPP and introduced HPM to solve LPP. A
new method is obtained (with the help of HPM and factorisation method) to solve the LP
problem. We use HPM and factorization method to get a new method and solve Linear
Programming (LP) problem. We devote section 2 for the basic idea of our technique to convert
LFPP to LPP. In section 3 a brief review of HPM for solving LPP has been discussed. Section
4 shows the effectiveness of our method discusses via certain examples. Lastly, in section 5, we
conclude our results and compare them with the original results.
2. Analysis of LFPP
The Linear Fractional Programming (LFP) problem is stated as:
Subject to constraints Ax=b,
0 x
Where x, c and d are nx1 vectors, A is an n mx matrix, A= (ija ) ( I =1,……..,m:
j=1,……..n), b is an mx1 vectors and , are scalars. We point out that the denominators
are non-negative. Now we separate LFP problem to LP problem.
Subject to Ax=b,
x>=0

3. HPM Strategies
Consider a linear equations in the following form:
Where A= [ ij a ], b= [ ij b ], x= [ x j ], i =1, 2………….n, j=1, 2………….m
Let L (u) =Au-b=0 with solution u=x and F (u) =u (3.2)
Then we consider a convex Homotopy H (u, p) as follows:
The convex Homotopy continuously trace an implicity defined curve from a starting point H(u,o)
to a solution function H(u,1).The embedding parameter p monotonically increases from zero to
unit as trival problem F(u)=0 is continuously deformed to original problem L(u)=0.The

3.3]
Ultimately, we have H (u, 0) =F (u), H (u, 1)=L(u)
The solution of equations can be written as a power series in parameter p.
When p -> 1, then the approximate solution of equation (3.4) we get,
Putting equations (3.1), (3.2), we substitute (3.4) in equation (3.3) and comparing the
coefficient of identical powers of p, we find,

The general term written as,
Then, the solution can be of the form,

The convergence of the series (3.5) has been proved by Keramati in [12]
3.1. Analysis of the new method of HPM
To describe the method, consider the linear equation in the following in general form,
Where A is a matrix, x is variable, b is known functions (constraints). A general speaking can
be divided in to two parts L and U
A=LU
Where L=lower triangular matrix, U= upper triangular matrix.
Equation (3.1.1) can be written in the form
LUX=b
Using, Homotopy technique to find the value of V.
Now ,we introduced a scheme to accelerate the rate of HPM allowed system of linear equations
and defined a new Homotopy H (u, p, m, m) by,
H (u, 0, m, m) = F (u)
H (u, 1, m, m) = L (u) (3.1.3)
Now consider a convex Homotopy equations
H(u, p, m, m) = (1-p)F(u)+PL(u)+p(1-p)m+ p(1-p)m=0 (3.1.4)
Where m is called the accelerating vector if m=0 then H (u, p, 0) =H (u, p), which is the standard
HPM.
By substituting (3.4) in equation (3.1.3) and equating the coefficients of identical powers of p,

We have,
Now find the parameters m such that v2=0

In the following we are going to introduce a new algorithm to find the exact solution of LFP
problem with equality constraints. The steps of the proposed algorithm are given as follows:
Step 1. Formulate the problem of LFP as follows:
Step 2. We separate the above LFP problem into two linear programming (LP) problem as:

Where is defined by
Step 3. Using HPM and factorisation technique we solved L and U.
Step 4. Using step 3 and with respect to definitions 3.1.7 we get V.
Step 5. Based on equation 3.1.2 we solved UX=V.
Step 6. Using step 5 we find the solution of x1, x2, x3.
Step 7. Putting these values in step 1 we get the solution of objective value.
4. Numerical application
In this section we experiments two numerical example one is real life problem and other is
numerical example.
Example 4.1. (Production Planning) [4]
A company manufactures two kinds of products A and B with profit around 5 and around 3 dollar
per unit, respectively. However the cost for each one unit of the above products is around 5 and
around 2 dollars respectively. It is assume that a fixed cost of around 1 dollar is added to the cost
function due to expected duration through the process of production. Suppose the raw material
needed for manufacturing product A and B is about 3 units per pound and about 5 units per pound
respectively, the supply for this raw material is restricted to about 15 pounds. Man-hours per unit
for the product A is about 5 hour and product B is about 2 hour per unit for manufacturing but
total Man-hour available is about 10 hour daily. Determine how many products A and B should
be manufactured in order to maximize the total profit.
We formulate this real life production planning problem in to LFP problem as follows:

To separate the LFP problem and written as

Thus the solution of equation (3.1.7) becomes
We settle the above value in equation (4.1.1) we earn the result of objective value is 1.18, Which
is the exact solution. By comparing the result of proposed method with Swarup method, we
conclude that our method is more reliable, because:

5. Conclusion
In this work, in our knowledge we first proposed a new HPM method and factorisation method
are introduced to solve Linear Fractional Programming (LFP) problem. A new Homotopy, H
(u, p, m, m) for m vectors leads to fast convergent rate. We also present a graphical comparison
result with our proposed method with existing method. By a simple example and one real life
application problem, the obtained results of proposed method with swarup’s method have been
compared and shown the reliability and applicability of our algorithm.
