WHAT IS SOLUTION DRIVEN?
• Solution driven leadership is a form of skill that focuses on
existing desired behavior rather than decreasing existing
problem behavior.
• Solution driven is when the leader has an in depth
knowledge of the existing problems and can focus on
providing solutions to it.
