 Implementation of the company's strategies for human resource development including of HR deficiencies in the
company, roll out of annual crane performance of employment contracts in line with local regulations and other tasks.
 Monitors government releases, media and business networks for changes to employment regulations that may affect the

 Coordinates with department managers to ensure discipline and dedication to QMS is maintained.
 Directly supervises the quality Team, including the preparation and delivery of staff performance evaluations and career
development activities.
 Provides adequate instruction, information, supervision and training to visiting inspectors to Crane to ensure they can
perform their work in a safe manner, follow safety instructions and wear the correct PPE.
 Takes reasonable care of the health and safety of themselves and others and ensures correct use of PPE by self and
subordinates.
 Crane Business System – champion the use of CBS tools (within the quality health and safety and environment Team) to
ensure the continuous improvement of the business.
 Performs other tasks as reasonably requested by management
 Arranging business travel and advance and checking the expenses of the trip.
 Arranging seminar or training which is held by Crane
 Process & maintain the Account Receivable function ensuring levels of collection in results.
 To check and filling all source data for Accounting include preparation AR report also ending balance agree with Bank
Statement before Month End Closing
 Provide timely, all Customer receipt timely manner and recording to General Ledger.
 Ensuring all related report with AR will provide timely manner.
 Process & maintain the Petty cash are recorded as details
 Understand the policies of Crane Co and ensure compliance.
 Help Finance Manager to provide the completion of Crane Indonesia management reporting on time and accurately.
