Facebook allows users to share updates about their lives through text posts, photos, and videos on their profile pages and home pages. There are two methods for adding photos or videos to a status update - clicking the "Photo/Video" icon next to the status box or clicking the camera icon at the bottom left of the status box, both of which allow the user to select photos and videos from their computer to upload. Users can also indicate their interests in music, movies, books and other topics by clicking the "More" option and then "Liking" relevant pages.

you can update your status, which asks, “What’s on your
mind?”, with pictures/videos

0 At the top of the “Status” box, there is an orange icon beside
“Photo/Video”
0 Click on “Photo/Video”
0 Two options will come up in the “Status” box: “Upload Photos/Video”
or “Create Photo Album”

0 A dropdown of documents on your computer will appear. Find and
select the photos/videos you want to upload to your “Status” box on
Facebook
0 Click “Choose”
0 On your “Status” box, click “Post”

0 A dropdown will appear, where you must find and select the
photos/videos you want to upload to your “Status” box on Facebook

0 Photos and videos are not the only neat things that
can be shown on Facebook – you can also show music
movies, books, games, sports (etc.) that you
particularly enjoy
0 At the top of your “Profile” page, there is a bar with the
headings “Timeline,” “About,” “Friends,” “Photos,” and
“More”
0 Hover over “More,” and a dropdown will appear with
various options for you to click on
0 Choose which option you want and click on it

under “More,” you will be taken to a page that shows
points of interest from the topic you chose
0 Facebook has “Likes” that show more about you
0 You click “Like” on the things you enjoy seeing, hearing,
