DIVISION OF POWERS: Elections-equality-participation-voting-parties.      Division of powers are the political parties that government do to persons to vote for some participants that want to be part of the government using powers this are special selections in were the 3 powers we have (judiciary-executive-legislative) are used with persons in the government. ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH: Religion-catholic-persons-church-Jesus-angels-papa-bible.  The catholic church is almost identified like the apostolic church Is the most biggest church at mundial level it is catholic and it is raged by the papa. It is the fe heart. It is based in religion like his name said catholic religion it is based in Jesus.
Executive chief:Executive director, almost know as the executive delegate executive head master, executive president, principal official he is uncharged of the maximum authority in the administrative direction in one institution or executive organization. DECENTRALIZED FEDERAL SYSTEM: Federalism-decentralized-give power-power-federal government-federal system.     Is when the federal system of the government give some or all his power to other corporations or associations.
CENTRAL GOVERNMENT.Government-participants-power-govern-president-powers-division association-parties-elections-organization-politic-authority-democraci-ministri.       the central government is the authority of a country and it have many members persons in the country vote for one of the participants in some elections there can be federal system government or a centralized government is the organization that make the rules for the country and govern it in a responsible and autonomous way it have the power of all the country to govern it.
CIVIL LIBERTIES: Freedom-persons.     Freedoms: assembly association movement press religion speech information thought.     Civil liberty is the freedom a person has in his country like a citizen.     Are the rights and freedom that protect an individual in the state civil liberties also are some limits that the government have to accept to do not abuse of their power and interfere with the live of the persons in the state. It also includes the rights of people and their freedom like the right to  have their own thinking and be part of the religion they want to have privacy and their properties.
POLITICAL PARTIES:President-participation-participants-elections-vote-power-    A political party is a political organization in which people vote to their president their mayors etc… in  electoral campaigns parties almost have an idea of what are they representing (like elections but there are many kinds like to vote for the president the group of the legislative executive and judiciary powers and mayors etc…) it is make to attain and maintain government his political  power  with participants in elections. ,[object Object],  Social obligation is the compromise that the president have with the state is the responsibility that the president have by govern the country.
POLITICAL RIGHTS: President-rights-politic.    Political rights are the rights that the participants of the government have like part of the government. EXECUTIVEPOWERS:Executive power government.   The executive power are encharged of the to dictate and make that the rules of the state are performed the rules have to be aproved by the government. POLITICAL ACTIVITIES: Politic-responsibility-government-elections-politic party-parties.    Political activities are the activities the government do like elections or a political party.
CATHOLICPRIEST: Religion-priests-church-catholic.     Catholic priest is the person that have the authority in the church to make administrative or deities and make all the celebrations like first communion and also all  low mass the Sundays  and rites of sacrifice in the church. PUBLI  CPOWER: Power-public obligation-work-common power-normal persons with power.    Public power is the abstract form to say that you make others and obey orders. Public Power is then defined as the ability of the state to force someone to perform a normal act. Public power is necessary for the functioning of social groups. It takes an order and the establishment of rules that allow human existence, which means the exercise of power.
RELIGIOUS FREEDOM:Religion-freedom-priests.    Religious freedom is when you are free to be part of the religion you want and have it easily to do not have to do the others persons do. RELIGIOUS BODIES: Religion-priests-religious compromise-Jesus-angels. "Religious body" means any congregation, society or body in the Gilbert Islands consisting of or representing not less than 50 persons of the age of 21 years and upwards holding religious tenets in common and which has its own system of discipline and internal government.
SOCIALCRISIS: Crisis-bad economy-bad health-bad food-contamination something bad in the state.      Social crisis is when something is bad in the state or a live vital and important company system is working wrong ECONOMICREFORM: The term microeconomic reform refers to policies directed to achieve improvements in economic efficiency, either by removing distortions in individual sectors of the economy or by reforming economy-wide policies such as tax policy and competition policy with an emphasis on economic efficiency
ECONOMICPLANS: Economy-exchange-international change.      Economic plans are some plans that some company association or whatever thing do to Exchange things or buy things to have more money and economy. RIVALPARTIES: Elections-rivals-presidents-participants-different parties-party-political party.     Rival parties is when there are different participants in political parties  and each one represent a different party.
Political parties:Political parties are the product of the union of a group of friends sharing a project of society and that their proposal is accepted and supported by other parts of it that do not deal with politics but of life. POLITICAL AGREEMENT: Understanding, informal or written, made by two or more political groups together to make a political project that could not be addressed in isolation
Political violence: Can not understand the problem of political violence without conceptualizing politics as the organization and systematic application of certain power relations, as the articulation of a set of means of achieving and preserving it.  Economic reforms :Economic reform usually refers to government action to improve efficiency in economic markets to overcome regulatory and statutory impediments. It may sometimes also refer to legislative efforts to reduce the size of government, in order to improve economic efficiency. 
Governmental system:A form of government, or form of state governance, refers to the set of political institutions by which a government of a state is organized in order to exert its powers over a bodypolitic.
