The strategic communication is like a boat trip that requires defining:
1. Short and long-term marketing objectives
2. A situational analysis of the brand, consumers, competitors and market trends
3. The desired consumer behaviors and actions towards the brand
4. The brand positioning within its category and whether it focuses on intangible or tangible values
5. Clear communication objectives such as increasing brand awareness, stimulating purchases or having consumers sign up to newsletters
This ensures the communication works towards the marketing goals through a well-planned approach tailored to the target audience and market situation.

Can Social Networks Create Social Capital in Politics FINALAndres Obando
This document is a thesis presented by Andrés Esteban Obando Rojas to the Universidad San Francisco de Quito examining whether social networks can create social capital in politics. The thesis will compare how social networks have influenced politics in Ecuador, the US, and Egypt. It will analyze factors like internet penetration, education levels, and citizen participation. The thesis argues that social capital can be generated on social networks if certain conditions are met, such as political engagement of users and events that encourage online participation. It aims to determine how social networks develop differently in societies and their impact on political activities and movements.
Social media has become deeply ingrained in our lives and influences many aspects of communication and business. Statistics show that social networking sites could soon have more users than India's population, and people spend around 6 hours per month on social platforms. Social media is now used across various sectors for tasks like public policy, marketing, health outreach, and more. It has become an important tool for public figures, organizations, and individuals to engage with audiences.

Evolution of Social Media and its effects on Knowledge OrganisationCollabor8now Ltd
There has been a lot of hype around social media, social networks and social business, much of it unhelpful in understanding what this is all about. For some people, “social” will always mean frivolity and time wasting. For others, social media just means marketing and communications.
The evolution of social media over the past several years has made it easier than ever before to find, connect and engage with “experts” and people with similar interests. Enlightened organisations have recognised that investment in social technologies and (most importantly) the organisational change required in order to nurture and embed a collaborative culture, can overcome the limitations of silo’d structures that have traditionally inhibited information flows and opportunities for innovation.
In a broader context, the pervasive and ubiquitous availability of social media in almost all aspects of daily life, from the way we communicate, get information, buy and sell, travel, live and learn is adding to the pressure on organisations to provide a more porous interface between internal (behind the firewall) and external services. Knowledge workers are increasingly making their own decisions on what tools, products and services that they need to work more effectively and will become increasingly disaffected if these are not available within the work environment.
This presentation looks at industry trends on how social media and social technologies are changing the way that we generate, organise and consume knowledge, and how this is driving emergent digital literacies for knowledge workers.
The document discusses how new technologies and social media are changing how the public engages with government and politics. It argues that representatives need to adapt to these changes by using tools like social media, open data, and online engagement to better involve constituents and collaborate with local communities. Failing to adapt risks losing relevance as the expectations of an always-connected public diverge from traditional political structures. The document urges representatives to consider how their role may need to evolve over the next 5-20 years to maintain meaningful relationships with citizens in this changing digital landscape.

Politics 3.0 : A New Democratic Model Forged by Civil Society and Digital Tec...Sonia Eyaan
Digital technology and social media are changing how politics functions. Politicians now use tools like selfies, social media, and crowdfunding. However, many French citizens do not trust political parties and believe the system needs reform. New models are emerging that use digital tools to increase participation, transparency, and ethical practices. This involves crowdsourcing legislation, online debates, and engaging youth. Looking ahead, technologies like quantum information and artificial intelligence could enable predictive and holographic politics. Overall, the document discusses how digital media can transform democracy from Politics 2.0 to a more inclusive Politics 3.0 model.

This document provides an overview of social media and its implications for business. It discusses key statistics about major social media platforms like Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter. It explains how social media has led to a social internet revolution with user-generated content and the power of crowds. The document also discusses why businesses should engage with social media for visibility, market research, and building trust. It provides examples of companies using social media creatively and outlines some risks if social media engagement goes wrong, such as the spread of misinformation.
In October 2009, Euro RSCG Worldwide commissioned a survey to map the trajectory of social life and social media usage in the United States, quizzing 1,228 Americans from all online demographics. This white paper looks at the macro developments in social media; it also brings in numbers and verbatims about people’s hopes for their social life online and offline before finally drawing conclusions and implications for marketers and their clients.
Social media and covid-19 How to communicate during a crisisAlessandro Zonin
Last week I had the opportunity to speak in a lesson of the International Master in Marketing Management, Omnichannel and Consumer Analytics of the Politecnico di Milano. I told my point of view and my experience on the topic of how to set up a social media marketing plan at such a particular moment. Following the food for thought I think most relevant, based on the questions received by the students.
The document is a summary of the 2016 Sensis Social Media Report, which surveyed 800 Australian consumers and 1,100 Australian businesses about their social media usage. Some key findings:
- Australians now own an average of 3 internet-enabled devices, with smartphones overtaking laptops as the most commonly owned device at 76%.
- 69% of Australians have a social media profile, and half access social media daily. Nearly half check social media as one of their first daily activities.
- Facebook maintains its popularity with 95% of users, who now spend over 12.5 hours per week on the site on average.
- Smartphones are the most common way to access social media, used by over 90
This document provides an overview of social media marketing practices and principles of influence. It discusses key concepts like the social graph, newsfeed/story feed, social gestures, and sharing stories. It also analyzes how principles of social influence from psychology can apply to social media, such as reciprocity, consistency, social proof, authority, and scarcity. Specific social media platforms and tactics are mentioned like Facebook likes, comments, EdgeRank, hashtags, and check-ins. The document also references theories around critical mass, commitment, bystander effect, and how to create requests that encourage consistency with previous actions.
1. The document discusses how the rise of big data and digital technologies has created the "Petabyte Era" where massive amounts of data can be analyzed without models or theories to explain human behavior.
2. It argues that statistical agencies must evolve from simply providing information to building knowledge by developing new communication strategies to effectively disseminate data to the public and maintain trust in official statistics.
3. To remain relevant, statistical organizations need to embrace new technologies like web 2.0 and engage with users in two-way conversations to ensure data is presented in ways people understand and relate to their interests.
The document discusses how elected officials can better engage with citizens using new technologies and the concept of co-production. It argues that representative democracy needs to change to reflect an increasingly networked society. Some engagement strategies proposed include using social media like Facebook and Twitter, holding virtual meetings and surgeries, opening up government data and processes, and collaborating with digital activists and online communities. The goal is for elected representatives to build relationships with constituents over the long term through more transparent and participatory governance.
LUON WassUp recap - mar 2014 - 3. the social landscapeLUON
The document summarized key trends in social media from a presentation given in 2013. It discussed how the social, mobile, and search worlds were colliding, with various companies and platforms expanding into each other's spaces. It noted that users were transitioning away from solely using one platform to using many different platforms. The document also discussed how images and video, especially short-form micro-video, were becoming increasingly important on social media. Finally, it summarized how social platforms were moving away from being free for brands and companies, instead pushing paid advertising and promotion as a way for companies to have their content distributed and seen.
Change is a constant
Society is transforming. Powerful trends are reshaping businesses, driving new technologies, shifting talent needs, and changing human behaviour. It is crucial for all industries to stay up to date with these changes, and respond accordingly.

Lifecycle of a GME Trader: From Newbie to Diamond Handsmediavestfzllc
Your phone buzzes with a Reddit notification. It's the WallStreetBets forum, a cacophony of memes, rocketship emojis, and fervent discussions about Gamestop (GME) stock. A spark ignites within you - a mix of internet bravado, a rebellious urge to topple the hedge funds (remember Mr. Mayo?), and maybe that one late-night YouTube rabbit hole about tendies. You decide to YOLO (you only live once, right?).
Ramen noodles become your new best friend. Every spare penny gets tossed into the GME piggy bank. You're practically living on fumes, but the dream of a moonshot keeps you going. Your phone becomes an extension of your hand, perpetually glued to the GME ticker. It's a roller-coaster ride - every dip a stomach punch, every rise a shot of adrenaline.
Then, it happens. Roaring Kitty, the forum's resident legend, fires off a cryptic tweet. The apes, as the GME investors call themselves, erupt in a frenzy. Could this be it? Is the rocket finally fueled for another epic launch? You grip your phone tighter, heart pounding in your chest. It's a wild ride, but you're in it for the long haul.

proprio profilo sui social network a determinarne l’identità, e

8. COME SI INFORMANO GLI ITALIANI
PIU’ DI TRE ITALIANI SU QUATTRO USANO IL WEB CON
REGOLARITA’.
base regolare, e 41 milioni quelle presenti e attive sui
canali social.
piattaforma social media.

11. I SOCIAL PIU’ UTILIZZATI
instagram (25 milioni), twitter (2.80 milioni) e LinkedIn (15
milioni).

contenuti postati sui social network.
Prendendo a riferimento facebook vediamo come foto e
video pubblicati in maniera nativa raggiungo

Condannato all’ergastolo per 4 duplici omicidi.
secondi.
Abbiamo 3 secondi per attirare l’attenzione sui social.

26
27. FIDUCIA NEL WEB vs CARTA STAMPATA
La maggioranza degli italiani (58,2%) reputa Internet una
fonte di informazione affidabile. I quotidiani italiani
affidabili i quotidiani.
ceto medio-alto.

Europea.

28. A chi mi rivolgo?
all’attività commerciale, fornendo l’esatta anticipazione ideologica di elementi
quali:
● la sua struttura interna ed esterna;
● i mercati da abbracciare;
● i prodotti-servizi da offrire;
● le manovre da adottare per raggiungere il successo;
● gli obiettivi.
33
35. MISSION
● la storia dell’impresa; il motivo della sua esistenza;
● il target di utenti;
● gli strumenti da utilizzare;
● i bisogni a cui rispondere;
● le risorse disponibili;
● le differenze con la concorrenza.

STRATEGIA
47. 📣 STRATEGIA COMUNICATIVA
● 1. Obiettivo di marketing a breve e obiettivo di
marketing a medio lungo periodo.
Cioè, tra 1 anno, 3 anni e 10 anni cosa vogliamo ottenere?
47
48. 📣 STRATEGIA COMUNICATIVA
● 2. Analisi situazionale
48
49. 📣 STRATEGIA COMUNICATIVA
● 3. Azione voluta
Quali comportamenti inerenti all’utilizzo della nostra marca
vogliamo attivare?
come ci arriviamo?
49
50. 📣 STRATEGIA COMUNICATIVA
● 4. Posizionamento del brand
Passo molto delicato.
valori intangibili o tangibili. Devo, cioè, sottolineare “per chi
è” la nostra marca o “Per cosa offre”?
50
51. 📣 STRATEGIA COMUNICATIVA
● 5. Obiettivo di comunicazione
Siamo a metà dell’opera e, quindi, dato
