Why is it that everyone knows the importance of frequent user
testing, yet hardly anyone does it? Because user testing often is time
consuming, complex and expensive. It probably doesn’t fit in your
development process and thus feels like extra work.
To feel reassured you tell yourself to test with users once you have
something working, or at the very end of the process. This is strange,
because everybody knows that changing your product late in the
process will increase costs exponentially.
We created a way so that user testing saves time, improves the
quality and doesn’t cost a lot of money. Team driven, pragmatic and
no extra resources needed.
The talk will show how, with only 2 hours every sprint, we focused on
creating better products faster. We would love to share our learnings
and simple DIY tools that let you start user testing with your current teams tomorrow!

Cette enquête est le fruit d’une collaboration entre la FNSIP-BM et le SJBM (Syndicat des Jeunes Biologistes Médicaux). La biologie médicale est une profession qui a connu de profonds changements notamment avec la loi du 31 mai 2013 portant réforme de la biologie médicale dont les textes d’application sont récemment parus.
Objectif de l’enquête
Quelques années après publication de la réforme de la biologie médicale, la FNSIP-BM et le SJBM ont souhaité réaliser cette grande enquête nationale auprès des internes et des jeunes biologistes médicaux, afin d’évaluer le paysage démographique de la spécialité et d’avoir une idée claire sur les envies et motivations des jeunes professionnels sur l’avenir du métier. Cette enquête était aussi l’occasion d’évaluer la formation des internes alors que la réforme du DES de biologie médicale est en cours.
Validité de l’enquête
Nous avons comptabilisés 475 réponses d’internes et de jeunes biologistes entre les mois de Mai et Juin 2016.
Description de la population
Parmi les répondants, nous retrouvons 51 % d’internes et 49 % de biologistes. Cette bonne équité nous permettra de comparer la vision des internes et des jeunes biologistes concernant notre discipline. La répartition des internes est très représentative de l’internat de BM puisque les quatre années et les années recherches sont bien représentées. La répartition selon leur formation d’origine montre environ 20 % de médecins et 80 % de pharmaciens parmi les internes ou les jeunes biologistes. (...)

Traditionally, consumers used the Internet to simply expend content: they read it, they watched it, and they used it to buy products and services. Increasingly, however, consumers are utilizing platforms –— such as content sharing sites, blogs,
social networking, and wikis–—to create, modify, share, and discuss Internet content. This represents the social media phenomenon, which can now significantly impact a firm’s reputation, sales, and even survival. Yet, many executives eschew or ignore this form of media because they don’t understand what it is, the various forms it can take, and how to engage with it and learn. In response, we present a framework that defines
social media by using seven functional building blocks: identity, conversations, sharing, presence, relationships, reputation, and groups. As different social media activities are defined by the extent to which they focus on some or all of these blocks,
we explain the implications that each block can have for how firms should engage with social media. To conclude, we present a number of recommendations regarding how firms should develop strategies for monitoring, understanding, and responding to different social media activities.

Improving Workplace Safety Performance in Malaysian SMEs: The Role of Safety ...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: In the Malaysian context, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) experience a significant
burden of workplace accidents. A consensus among scholars attributes a substantial portion of these incidents to
human factors, particularly unsafe behaviors. This study, conducted in Malaysia's northern region, specifically
targeted Safety and Health/Human Resource professionals within the manufacturing sector of SMEs. We
gathered a robust dataset comprising 107 responses through a meticulously designed self-administered
questionnaire. Employing advanced partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) techniques
with SmartPLS 3.2.9, we rigorously analyzed the data to scrutinize the intricate relationship between safety
behavior and safety performance. The research findings unequivocally underscore the palpable and
consequential impact of safety behavior variables, namely safety compliance and safety participation, on
improving safety performance indicators such as accidents, injuries, and property damages. These results
strongly validate research hypotheses. Consequently, this study highlights the pivotal significance of cultivating
safety behavior among employees, particularly in resource-constrained SME settings, as an essential step toward
enhancing workplace safety performance.

ABSTRACT: Although a significant amount of literature exists on Morocco's migration policies and their
successes and failures since their implementation in 2014, there is limited research on the integration of subSaharan African children into schools. This paperis part of a Ph.D. research project that aims to fill this gap. It
reports the main findings of a study conducted with migrant children enrolled in two public schools in Rabat,
Morocco, exploring how integration is defined by the children themselves and identifying the obstacles that they
have encountered thus far. The following paper uses an inductive approach and primarily focuses on the
relationships of children with their teachers and peers as a key aspect of integration for students with a migration
background. The study has led to several crucial findings. It emphasizes the significance of speaking Colloquial
Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and being part of a community for effective integration. Moreover, it reveals that the
use of Modern Standard Arabic as the language of instruction in schools is a source of frustration for students,
indicating the need for language policy reform. The study underlines the importanceof considering the
children‟s agency when being integrated into mainstream public schools.
