Pattern making is the first step in which we
make a pattern that is an exact replica of the
exterior of the castings.
Pattern made of C.I. and Al, depending on
life of pattern required.

7. Moulding shop:

 Sand Muller.

8. Core making section:
Cores are forms that are placed into the
mould to create the interior contours of the
castings.

The molten metal is then transferred to the
moulding area.
Casting :
Casting is process in which molten metal is
poured into the mould.

10. Knock out section:
In this department casting is separated from
mold.
Fettling shop:

Shop Blasting.
Heat treatment.
Grinding.
Painting.

11. Machining shop:
In machining shop the final shape and size
are done.
During all machine operations the
inspections is carried out by Using GO and
NOGO gauge.
